“We have used Adlich Renovations for several projects ranging from pulling out bushes around the house to gutting out both bathrooms to make room for a second shower. For the larger scale projects they were particularly helpful in finding a number of options at varying price points for us to consider. Because of this we never felt forced into a decision. For all of these projects it has been great working with Brandon and Alia. They consistently listen to our ideas when we have a vision and are helpful with brainstorming when needed. In developing a backyard entertainment area it was nice to see they were as excited as we were to ensure the end result was the best possible version of what we had envisioned. We appreciated their feedback and insights throughout the project. Guests that come to our house often comment on the finished results and are envious of the transformations we have made to our home with the help of Adlich Renovations. “Innovative was fantastic! They were the second lowest bid I received (I got four), they accommodated a tight schedule, and they painted the entire townhouse with NO mistakes, I mean none. They were efficient, did a great job -- very attentive to details, left nothing behind, very clean, didn't scuff my floors. They were really first rate and stuck to the estimate. I could not be happier with the job they did and just love my new townhouse. I highly recommend them.”

“We chose this contractor over several others to renovate the kitchen and bath of our row house on the basis of two considerations: seeing the work he had performed for others, and the thoughtfulness he exhibited in addressing all of the many questions we had about his approach to our specific needs. Although the project is in progress, expect to be completed in about a month, we have been pleased all along the way with the workmanship and obvious appreciation for maintaining a look consistent with an older home. The dialogue has been excellent. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to others, and will likely use them again, should we need work done in the future..”

“Simply the best contractor I have ever used (and I have used many contractors over the years). George and his team are consummate professionals. They worked closely and tirelessly with us to develop a design for our master bath transforming it into a stunning masterpiece. The team was timely, responsive, competent, courteous, flexible, and very considerate in the execution of the construction. They were also very clean and efficient, finishing ahead of schedule. His bid was very competitive and the contract was very clear and straight forward. He knew of code and other restrictions that other contractors tried to hide or leave out of their bids. He was quick to respond to my calls and questions. We simply could not be happier with the way it turned out and with the process. We thoroughly enjoy every aspect of the design of our new bathroom! “I have had this contractor complete 6 projects and have been extremely satisfied with the quality of work and professionalism. This contractor's honesty fares well with me because I like each project done right. He always lets me know what he will be doing each day. I especially like the fact that if he runs into any problems due to previous poor quality workmanship, he will tell me and then correct it. He gives each project the time it needs instead of rushing and cutting corners to meet a deadline. At this point, he is the only contractor I will have at my home.”

“I have spent close to $50,000 with Pierpoint construction and they have done an amazing and expedient job, getting all the work done in about a month. They are all professional and so our their subcontractors who we have met a few. I will continue to use them for everything I do and recommend them to anyone who asks. They are a very professional outfit with trucks, men, heavy equipment, and a big office right in Stafford. You know you will get quality work the first time and it will get done fast with them. Work Done Full re-siding, wrap, soffit, and fascia replacement Leafless Gutters Master Bathroom Custom Shower and Tile Built Back Deck And many more smaller items”

“This husband and wife team were able to bring to life a powder room I had envisioned but couldn’t make happen. I had seen a sink and pedestal on Houzz and Pinterest that I loved but couldn’t find in the states. They were able to duplicate the design at a reasonable cost and pull together the rest of the bathroom for a complete look. Their communication skills are top notch, their employees were there when they said they’d be there, always neat and cleaning up as they went along.”
