So the most important thing we looked for while searching for our contractor was honesty and integrity. With Jonathan, that’s exactly what you will get. From the very beginning, Jonathan was very straightforward and honest about pricing, timeline, expectations, etc. In any construction, things are bound to go wrong from time to time simply because of miscommunication or pure mistakes. But Jonathan always tried to address those issues with honesty and went above and beyond even when they were not actually his fault. Also, we were looking for a highly design oriented outcome with many picky details throughout the house. It must have been challenging for Jonathan to deal with us, but he always pulled through until we were satisfied when the initial work didn’t meet our high expectations. He even threw in some extra work (with no charge) in areas we couldn’t even see just to make sure everything was done correctly. We only found out he had done that later when we were finishing the project. Overall, we had a really great experience with Jonathan.”

“We purchased our home but the floors and paint needed to be updated. I hired Edwin and Adrian to install wood flooring throughout the house and tile flooring in the bathrooms and laundry room. Not only do we love the work these guys did, but the paint and floors were a hit with our family and friends. The house looks amazing and the So Cal Soaring Eagle Construction team is knowledgeable, courteous and work hard to complete your ideal home ideas. “We just bought a house and it needed a big refresh. We just had AGS did 2 bathroom remodels, a kitchen island countertop reno, and a full house paint job. Among the quotes we received AGS ran lower than most and matched one other contractor. We ultimately chose AGS because their timeline estimate was faster than the other. Our whole project took about 2 months Staff/Team: The crew we worked with were Alfredo Sr (lead), Gustavo, Alfredo Jr (aka Freddy), Ernie, Berto, Nacho, Efriam, and I’m sure I’m forgetting some. The entire team was very kind, polite, and always made sure what they were doing was what we wanted. They were honest in their advice and never pressured us into doing something we didn’t feel like doing. There were no surprise fees at the end and luckily no major issues in our home to cause any major delays. Bathrooms: We completely gutted both bathrooms and had AGS redo the shower areas. Our bathrooms are the modern large format grey tile with ledge (master) and blue vertical tile with 1 grey tile wall (guest) in the photos. I LOVE our master bathroom. It makes me so happy every time I walk in. We are waiting on our glass from another vendor which is why you don’t see it in the photo. The guest bathroom also looks fantastic and such an upgrade from before. Kitchen Island: We asked so many contractors if they would be able to rotate the existing island 90 degrees and AGS were maybe 1 of two people who said they could do it. Along with the rotation, we had them replace the granite countertop with a new one. They successful made the rotation without damaging the cabinet boxes (our biggest concern) and we love our new island! It’s my favorite thing in the house. They even were able to get us a discount on our slab using their contractor’s license! Paint: The painting was doing pretty much in a week. We kept it simple and had the whole house painted the same color. Walls in one finish and then doors and trim in a different finish. Oh and ceilings too in flat white. Overall it was a pretty good job but there were some areas that needed better patchwork. We sent out comments over to the team and Alfredo/Ernie came out to inspect the work and agreed it was not to their standard. They fixed all the areas they next time they came out. All and all we really enjoyed working with AGS and didn’t have any major issues. Highly recommend to at least reach out to get some info! My only piece of advice is to make sure you have all (or as many) finished work choices picked out before so you aren’t scrambling to find the pieces as they get ready for them.”
