“So pleased with my new shower from Platinum Home Builders & Design! The process was so quick; I had my dream shower installed in A Few days ! I didn't think that was possible - I had the same shower tiled in '08 and it took nearly a month to install. I couldn't take looking at the moldy walls any longer - no matter how hard I cleaned nothing helped. I am so thankful for the Microban feature; it keeps my shower clean and keeps me protected. Everyone I spoke with/interacted with was so friendly - this experience was a true pleasure. Thank you, Platinum”

“I have hired A&E Construction for both large and small projects multiple times over the past 8 years and without any hesitation, give them the highest recommendation possible. The owner of the company, Greg Fontaine, is experienced, knowledgeable, honest and reliable. Projects were always done on time and on budget and if for some reason, the schedule needs to change, Greg does an excellent job communicating the reasons. Before working with A&E, we hired many contractors over the years, and no one ever compared in terms of quality of work combined with reliability and trustworthiness. Another thing we've really appreciated about working with Greg is his ability to provide us with options and ideas if we needed to scale back on a project. Two of the larger projects Greg did for us were finishing our basement and building a poolhouse. Greg was very cognizant that we did not have an unlimited budget and worked with us to make sure we got the most for our money. Greg also does an excellent job hiring talented and reliable people that I am always comfortable having in my home. Additionally, they are very neat and always clean up after themselves at the end of each day. Lastly, and most importantly, Greg really cares about his customers and goes above and beyond what's expected to make sure they are 100% satisfied. I can't say enough good things about him and A&E!! If you hire them, you won't be disappointed.”

“Pacific Coast Builders, Inc. (PCB) did an excellent job of turning my single story 2,000 square foot home into a beautiful two story 3,100 square foot home. PCB and its employees were very good at listening to all our requests. They put in extra effort to make sure we were completely satisfied with all aspects of our home, both big and small. They have a vast amount of experience and were able to assist us in making good decisions. We would recommend this company. We love our new home.”

“We have used Monks several times. Our most recent project involved refinishing our floors and painting some inside of our house. These guys answer their phones, show up on time and give you a quote on their first visit. Then they started on time and finished on time. They weren't the cheapest way to go, but they were the only company I found that could handle the painting, floors and carpentry without subbing everything out. We felt it was worth the money to have one company running the entire project and we were right.”

“Remodel of Master Bathroom. Replaced spa tub, remodeled shower, replaced vanity, sinks and vanity lighting including necessary electrical modifications. Ranieri Construction removed all master bathroom fixtures and upgraded the shower to accommodate a hand-held hower in addition to the showerhead. Plumbing was modified for shower and spa tub however; a plumbing leak occurred. Ranieri Construction was quick to respond and did whatever it took to make sure the leak was corrected. Coordination with contractors, who provided other services e.g. vanity and cultured marble installation was handled by Ranieri Construction, which enabled the re-model to be completed successfully. Ranieri Construction stands behind their work and will do whatever it takes to rectify and unforeseen problems/issues.”

“JKL Dev't replaced two fireplaces - one inside and one outside - at my residence and did some cosmetic work on the house. His employees and his subcontractors all were resectful of me and my property. They made sure to leave the worksite clean when the day's work was completed. Jeff's prices for the projects he did were within standards for the high quality of work performed. I would certainly recommend Jeff's skills to a friend or relative and I will use his services again.”
