“Chris and his team gave my wife and I one of the best experiences one could ask for considering we sustained damage throughout the house from hurricane Ian leaving us in complete disarray. After failing to get responses or long lead times for repairs, Chris provided a very competitive price and started within a few days of signing our agreement. We highly recommend their services as they are reliable, professional, clean, friendly, and did an outstanding job in managing multiple projects in several areas of our house while having to maneuver around all of our belongings which they covered and protected. “The well communicated Company always knowing what they doing how they going to do it and when they going to do it. Always notifying when coming and what's the scope of work for the day. Never too busy to answer the phone or call back. Be on the job site from start to finish delays unless it's not up to them waiting for permits and others. “We recently had our three bathrooms remodeled by Beattie Development. The bathrooms are a huge improvement from the ones that we originally had. I believe that the best you can say about a finished project is that there were no surprises or hidden costs. The first time we met with Paul Beattie, he told us that he believed that he would not be the cheapest but he would be the best. We have no reason to dispute that claim. His team of craftsmen did an excellent job. We are very pleased with the workmanship and definitely recommend his company to anyone looking for high quality remodeling.”
