“I found GreenStar Construction through word of mouth. I was impressed by the designs my colleague showed me with such a substantial budget on their home, so my wife and I decided to go with them. We were re-designing our kitchen. We changed countertops, sinks, backsplash and cabinets. The owner gave us phenomenal options to choose from within our budget. Jay has an eye for design which my wife really appreciated. He always answered our calls, answered all of our questions, and went up and beyond to make sure we stayed within our budget and were satisfied. Thanks Jay, my wife loves her new kitchen.”

“I've had the pleasure to work with M & D Home Improvement for the past 6 years on various high-end luxury design project. I absolutely adore this team. Marius and his crew are amazing at what they do but what I love best is how much of a problem solver Marius is. In my 10+ years of Interior Design things always come up once you get into the construction and Marius is always ready with ABC of options to solve any situation. Marius and team are real big team players and have their customer's and designer's best interest at hand. Marius is patent and understanding. A real treat to work with!”

“We were in desperate need of having our bathrooms and kitchens remodeled and we are more then glad that we found Bay Quality Construction they did such a beautiful job! We couldn't be happier. The quality of work was A+ and I would recommend them to anyone that wants exceptional work at affordable pricing. I never had to worry about them. We went through everything I wanted and it all came out beautifully. They are very knowledgeable and thorough. One thing I loved is they cleaned up their work area every day when they were finished. You can't go wrong with this company. We also had the pleasure to work with Brenda and she was able to help us with any questions we had it didn’t matter what time or day it was! “Our company has worked with QPS for several years. We have done business with more than 140 other general contractors and other construction companies, both locally and throughout the state of California. Without question, we find QPS to be one of the top three general contractors that we have ever worked with. They are attentive, dependable and a pleasure to work with. They always do what they say they’re going to do but even more than that they under promise and over deliver every single time on every single project. Their prices are more than fair and they never overcharge….. it’s run like a family business is supposed to be operated. There are never excuses. QPS has a significant staff of qualified professionals. They never take on more work than they can handle or work that they are not qualified for. To be honest, we are always looking for projects to do so that we can partner our clients with them. We , ourselves are an interior design and interior architectural firm, who represent quality workmanship as you will see on our website, www.warrensheetsdesign.com. When asked to give recommendation I the president of Warren Sheets Design, jumped at the opportunity to give my two cents about QPS. But since I have been asked, I’m giving more than two. They made it easy to prepare my mom's house for a quick sale (under contract and sold in less than a month). I would definitely hire them for a remodel again and would recommend them to friends and family.”

“Golden Heights remodeled our kitchen and we love it! The project required moving one interior wall, moving a door and windows and adding two windows. The house is stronger now with better shoring and support than before. We felt that Golden Heights was a one-stop shop with a network of designers, engineers, architects, electricians and of course, builders. Neryah was our project manager; he guided the process from start to finish. Neryah spent hours listening to our ideas and making sure that every detail was planned for ahead of time. He helped make design and lighting choices, shopped for tile with me, and designers from GH identified the perfect cabinet source for us. Once we were given a contracted price there were no increases or change orders except for what we wanted to add (removing crown molding and painting another room). Eran talked me into a pot filler over the stove (no extra charge for installation) and guess what...I use it almost every day. The construction crew that showed up each morning were courteous, friendly, hard working. Every day they cleaned up and made our house as livable as possible. Shout out to Ulysses and Memo! Golden Heights took care of foundation work, framing, stucco, texturing, painting, floor and cabinet installation, tiling, plumbing, electrical...all the things. Neryah is a perfectionist who insisted a few times that work be done the more difficult yet right way, even when we would have probably been satisfied otherwise. The amount of time the crew spent on the project was much less important to him than having it done the best way. Of course we had a couple of hiccups along the way, but never anything that caused us worry or conflict. Neryah is a problem solver for sure. We are typically DIY people (we have remodeled our three bathrooms, installed flooring, painted everything, husband used to build cabinets) but this project was too big for us. As fairly knowledgable folks, we can recommend Golden Heights as knowing their remodeling stuff.”

“Mike, owner of Paladin Home, did a wonderful job on our bathroom! We had a rough idea of what we wanted and Mike was able to fill in the gaps and create a bathroom that was perfect for the time period of when our house was built (1915) with modern upgrades for everyday use. Mike and his employees were professional, friendly and paid close attention to all of the details. They were extremely considerate knowing this was our only bathroom (and our first remodel) and worked with us to make the process very smooth and easy. The project was completed on time and on budget with a very high quality of workmanship. We highly recommend Paladin Homes for remodels and plan to use them again on future projects, especially for our kitchen remodel.”
