“To say that we are happy with job Javier and his team did would be an understatement! From the onset, he was prompt in responding to my inquiry and came out the next day to evaluate the scope of work. Once we decided to go with Roldan Construction, they were able to begin very quickly. He let me know the anticipated timeline and was able to complete the work right on schedule. We had an dated bathroom that was way too small for us and they complete transformed it into an amazing space. We are thrilled with how everything turned out and would certainly recommend him to anyone that is looking.”

“BAAS construction did a fantastic job updating my mid-90's bathrooms. The super-responsive team always got back to us immediately whether it was voice, text or e-mail. Project changes were handled seamlessly and the pricing was very competitive given how excellent the final work was. They even followed up weeks after the job was closed to ensure we were satisfied with the work. I will be using them for any work we need done in the future and highly recommend them!”

“I hired Chad Goodin's firm to build a 3,600 sq ft, 2-story, custom lakefront home on Lake Norman in Mooresville, NC. This scope of the project included demolition through new construction. The project was completed on time. I found Chad, himself, and his entire team to be highly professional, competent and communicative. I was always made to feel like their top priority. A couple of minor follow-up items that have popped up after the CO was issued have been promptly taken care of, which speaks volumes about the integrity of Chad, his employees and his relationship with his subcontractors. I would definitely endorse this firm.”

“We've hired Louis Giacomini and Giacomini Builders for 2 renovations. They added a 2nd story on our house 7 years ago, and renovated our kitchen this year. Louis is detailed but also easy-going, and so we found him very easy to work with. He's honest, responsive, and respectful with everyone. And even though it must drive a contractor crazy, he was infinitely patient on both jobs with our desire to decide some things on the fly, based on how things looked...and he's great about offering up suggestions for cost-efficient alternatives. Even for the huge second story addition, he stayed within budget, and really protected the house while the roof was off (we lived in the house during the renovation!).”

“Mitchell and his team at Fineline Construction built us the home of our dreams. We spent years coming up with the perfect design for our family and they made it all a reality. Mitchell was super responsive to each and every question we had along the way and helped us make some very important decisions about our home. He always had our best interests in mind and made us feel like our home was the only project he was working on (when I know there were plenty of others he was also managing). We stayed on budget and our home was completed on time. Even after we moved in, I have always felt like we could reach out to him with questions or advice. Building a custom home was stressful - but Mitch and his entire team took a lot of the worry out of it for us. His attention to detail and craftsmanship were unlike any other and because of that, there is no other contractor we would ever trust more.”

“Paul Davis did a great job restoring my house after a water leak. They performed mold remediation, replaced floors, patched walls and painted. The entire project was completed professionally, quickly and the work was well done. In the end we had to work out the pricing on some change orders during the project but overall I was very satisfied and i would use them again.”
