“Saridel has done multiple projects for us. He has done both our bathrooms and our kitchen, which is now a showpiece that wows everyone that steps foot into our house. These projects were complete remodels down to the studs of a very dated home. His work is second to none. He is an extremely talented carpenter who is completely trustworthy and will give you exceptional quality work, with straight forward and reasonable pricing. You never have to worry about leaving your home unattended when he is there. His innate design experience allows for collaborative input and the end result is straight out of Maine Home Design magazine. Hire with complete confidence.”

“I have worked with Big County Builders on a couple projects and trust not only the integrity of how the business is run, but also the innovative thought that goes into the project. Josh not only worries about execution, but also thinks about design, logistics, cosmetic and aesthetics. This is important to me. I don't always have the know how, but have the idea of what I want and Josh always seems to find a way to fit the design of what I am thinking. He asks the right questions and talks about the important things. He does great work and would always recommend him!”

“Matt and Jeremiah jjust finished work on a major kitchen remodel. We were blown away at not only the speed at which work was completed but also the attention to detail. The few deadlines we had were always met. The photos speak for themselves but what is missing from them are the people behind that work that were an absolute pleasure to have in our home. 10/10 will have them at the top of our list for any further remodeling”

“Chris worked on a wide variety of projects around our house including extensive external trim, which he finished beautifully. He also installed replacement doors and windows in a couple drafty locations, at a price far below the quote I received from a national window company. Chris was here when he said he would be, communicated clearly and charged us a fair price. I would highly recommend Chris for any professional carpentry job.”

“I highly recommend Greater Portland Renovations. Originally, they did a rot repair job for us. Moisture got in under or front door and caused rot. They arrived to do the work on the scheduled day at the time promised. Even though the rot spread a bit further than expected, the cost remained within the estimated range. I was so impressed with the integrity of the company and kindness of the workers, that I also decided to hire them to install new hardwood floors in our home. As they were doing the job, they came across more rot under the back door, which we had no idea about. They took everything in stride. They repaired the issue right away, and charged us a reasonable amount to repair it. Our old floors were both glued and nailed down with a nail about every half inch of flooring. This was by means no easy job. They still managed to finish the job quickly, as they knew we were trying to sell our home. The floors were installed perfectly, and look amazing. I would recommend Greater Portland Renovations to ANYONE!!!”
