“Manny Lopez and his team of professionals completed a full remodel of the landscaping projects we desired around our home last year. All of the work was top quality and done to our satisfaction. He coordinated his team's work with other contractors installing solar, and a large swim spa, as well as a complex deck. There were no disagreements with other workmen on the projects, and the advance planning allowed for the use of heavy machinery where needed, concrete deliveries, and other materials for all the other projects. Regarding ideas we had for the way we wanted the final project to look, Manny provided timely ideas, excellent solutions that were cost effective or even saved money, and he always came in on time. He kept us appraised of the project progress, items that need to be adjusted, and included changes we asked for as the project went along. He came in on budget. My wife and I have built homes before, renovated apartment properties, improved commercial and condo projects, so we have worked with many contractors over the years. Manny is the best.”

“I worked with Chad, the owner, on the redesign of my 1,000 square feet home, which includes a master bathroom addition and a new roof structure. Chad is easy to work with and his past experience as general contractor is very valuable when designing while paying attention to the overall building budget. He is a Green Building Professional and is on top of new products on the market. What I liked most is that he is very open minded about materials that he hasn't worked with and he did quite some research to give me professional advise. Chad does plan heated floors, which was the selling point for me when I was looking for a designer. “I have been "flipping" houses successfully for 15 years and Eric Lamascus (Owner) of Elite Construction is by far the best contractor I have worked with. He does what most other contractors fail to do: Show up when he says he will, stay within a budget and finish the job on time. All of these are very important to me, as remodeling homes is my business and my livelihood. My first project with Eric was in 2007. The 1200 SF house was a real "fixer'. Today it is a beautiful contemporary 2000 SF home with a 1000 SF ocean view deck. Everything was redone and the house doubled in value in just a few months. I personally worked on the job site with the Elite crew everyday. They were always on time, knowledgeable, hard working and polite.  Since the first project, I've continued to work with Elite on several more projects, including work on my own residence in Santa Cruz.
