“Nate worked on our kitchen / laundry room / guest bath remodel in 2020. In 2022, we hired him to replace our deck and installed new railings. In 2023, we needed to replace windows on our beach house he was the only person we contacted. His workmanship and attention to detail is incredible. We like working with him as he meets his commitments and communicates throughout the entire project. He also offers up suggestions and ideas and is a pleasure to work with. We will use him on future projects and have referred him to neighbors and family.”

“Jeff Lightfoot was on time each day and met schedules as promised. He made our kitchen remodel painless and strove to save us money in the process. His assistant was equally talented and precise in his work. Jeff is a stickler for detail and it shows in his craftmanship. He is knowlegable in all phases of construction and I would hire him again in a minute. He is very pleasant and always cleaned up the mess at the end of the day.”

“As a custom cabinet manufacturer (Cabinets By Steve) we work with several General Contractors. As with all relationships, some are better than others. Chris Loar with Advanced Alterations and Installations has always been great to work with. “Joe and Suzy were awesome ! Went above and beyond to work with me and my insurance company which can be a headache for sure. At first appointment were impressive with there approach. I was new to this and could be difficult at times but joe was understanding and stayed focused on the "vision"! I hope they'll come back and do my bathrooms in near future Wendy”
