“I needed my whole house remodeled so we can list it for sale. I found Spectrum One on Angie's List and called their office to schedule an estimate. The lady who picked up the phone told me that there is a fee of $125 for Spectrum's estimators to come out which afterwards will get credited to me when Spectrum starts the job. I paid the fee via credit card and the lady scheduled the appointment the next day. Paul and Daniel came to my house right on time, they were very professional and knowledgeable. They took all the necessary measurements, pictures, and answered my questions about the whole process (I had some questions about the permit process and other things which I wasn't sure about), and in couple of days I received a reasonable quote. The estimate was very detailed and included everything we've discussed. I called Spectrum's office with some questions and got all clarifications I needed prior the work started. Spectrum pulled the permit 3 days after we signed the contract and the crew came out to do the demolition. All the workers who came to my house were very professional, they worked hard, and would always clean up after themselves, which I really appreciated. Spectrum One has done an amazing job remodeling my whole house from inside and outside. They really pay attention to detail. I loved the fact that if I had any questions or concerns I could contact the office and the sweetest staff would accommodate me with the world class customer service. I can't express how happy I am with making the choice to go with Spectrum One. They were absolutely amazing on all the aspects (administrative and construction). They took care of all of my needs and met all of my expectations! Thank you Spectrum One. I will differently recommend them to all of my friends and family and will use their services again when we are ready for our next project!”

We picked out our backsplash at a local firm they recommended. We also got the idea for a tile mural behind our stovetop from your Houzz website and they worked with us in installing it. They completed the job in 3 days including all the demo work. They kept the area neat and clean and we are very happy with the finished product. “I cannot say enough good things about Gary Woods owner of Woods Custom Builders/Woods Custom Kitchens!!! He started work on my house with a kitchen remodel. Ultimately, he remodeled my entire home and I would happily ask him to remodel another home and another and another - if only I had another... Specifically, he remodeled the following in my home: Kitchen Living Room Bedroom Closit Bathroom Great Room Gym Hobby Room Garage Now every room is absolutely beautiful and has a special touch or trademark that can be found nowhere else in the house - yet ties in with the rest of the house. In my front room there is a custom fireplace with tiles that tie into the kitchen. In the kitchen are two incredible tunnel skylights that tie in with the over all natural lighting throughout the home and in the bathroom the window is made with block glass that like the kitchen allows an incredible amount of light to come in. The bedroom has a TV mounted to a sliding piece of finished walnut - unique - cool - the wood ties in with the warm feeling of the home. The closit is 10x10 feet of wonderful storage - the entire house has tons of storage. The closit also has a solar tube that - again - allows for a lot of natural light. The garage colors match the inside of the house and so too does the great amount of storage that has been provided. The great room, gym and hobby room also allow for a lot of light and the colors tie in with the rest of the house. Gary converted an old brick outdoor BBQ into an incredible fireplace in order to maintain some of the history of the house! Gary is very creative and has a positive - get it done attitude. His subcontractors enjoy working with him - appreciate his schedule and do excellent work. Frankly, I think they try harder because they really like working with and for Gary! It is generally uncommon to hear compliments about a contractor/custom builder from subcontractors - but around this house throughout the project that was the norm. It gave me great faith in Gary and I was not disappointed. Gary communicates daily. He will call at the end of the day - send emails - leave voicemails and written notes. One never has to wonder where the heck is the contractor and what is going on. His communication is nothing short of excellent. Gary is scheduled and sticks to the schedule. So, when he says you can expect XYZ to occur on X date you may rest assured that will be the case. This level of committement is not easy to find. My house has been remodeled from a place I sleep to a wonderful, warm, inviting home. Thank you Gary Woods for the incredible old house turned into a custom new home!!!”
