“A new bathroom was constructed in the basement of our house. We bid the job out and Elias Construction was chosen. The main reason was he actually listened to what both I and my wife wanted. The estimate process was very detailed along with the timeline of the work. If there were any questions or requests he was easily reached and it was discussed in a timely manner. The construction was actually finished a few days early which gave us the opportunity to insure everything was done to our satisfaction. He not only met but exceeded our expectations and was able to construct the area as we pictured it and even left us more free space than we expected. Based on the work he had done for us I would recommend Elias Construction, LLC.”

“This is the second remodel job Summit has done for us. We have gutted the master bedroom, bath and walk-in closet, plus our son's bathroom. The work is progressing smoothly. Their level of craftsmanship is beautiful and of very high quality. We are using handmade tiles and marbles, and beautiful woods for cabinets, floors and panelling. Monte and Leroy are some of the nicest and easiest contractors I have ever worked with. We built this house and have done 6 remodeling jobs over the last 30 years. The project is progressing in a very timely fashion. We should be completed in 5 more weeks. This has been a very enjoyable project and I highly recommend Summit Homes.”

“We had a very good experience building with Dan Seavey. Unlike many builders in our area, Dan was personally present and active on the job site essentially every day (he built our home rather than just serving as an intermediary with a construction crew). This meant a lot to us. We were single digit percentage over budget on a large project that involved creating a building site in a rural area (no road, electricity, etc). The largest part of this was increased excavation costs; these were not avoidable and based upon the site we chose for the home (Dan had nothing to do with this). The other departures from budget were really for unforseen items or things we changed along the way. Friends who have built similar homes had a very different experience. Very good relationship with subs as well. We were certainly happy with the building process; although we don't intend to move and build again, I would happily work with Dan to build another home.”

“We had a screen porch and deck added to the back of our house (phase 1). Phase 2 is to have a wall removed in the kitchen and another wall moved and have our kitchen remodeled (with a walk-in pantry!). Extremely knowledgeable and great to work with. Amazing attention to detail. No one could have done a better job.....Looking forward to phase 2!”
