“Simply the best contractor I have ever used (and I have used many contractors over the years). George and his team are consummate professionals. They worked closely and tirelessly with us to develop a design for our master bath transforming it into a stunning masterpiece. The team was timely, responsive, competent, courteous, flexible, and very considerate in the execution of the construction. They were also very clean and efficient, finishing ahead of schedule. His bid was very competitive and the contract was very clear and straight forward. He knew of code and other restrictions that other contractors tried to hide or leave out of their bids. He was quick to respond to my calls and questions. We simply could not be happier with the way it turned out and with the process. We thoroughly enjoy every aspect of the design of our new bathroom! “We've had two jobs done by Tom and Bev and been more than pleased with both. The initial job was a remodel of an existing home office/guest room and adjoining bath. Three years later we engaged them again to replace our dilapidated garage with a two story free standing garage/shop and upstairs studio/guest quarters. The latter project has elicited praise from all the neighbors, and many passersby have stopped to inquire who did the work. In both of these instances we were impressed with the professionalism and attention to detail of both Beverly the architect and Tom the builder. Bev really listened to our concerns and worked with us to try out different approaches until we found the design that fit our needs and desires for the space, giving helpful advice and pointing out things that we would not have noticed until too late. She shepherded the project through the permitting and inspection process, making sure that no issues with setback or height restrictions arose. Tom was involved in every phase of the construction, dealing with suppliers and subcontractors as well as keeping us informed with daily email updates on progress made, problems encountered, and what the next step would be. He worked with us to achieve our design goals while staying within budget. Living in a construction zone can be stressful, but Tom's crew were great. The guys take very real pride in what the create. They went about their business with a minimum of mess and were always careful to keep the disruption contained. At the conclusion of the garage job we had an open house and invited the carpentry crew and their families. I would not hesitate to recommend Beverly Thomas LLC for one second and have done so many times.”

“Merchant contractors were really good, we had Chuma as the project manager he was also the sales rep and they were able to build a new kitchen with a new granite countertop it turned out beautiful because I was able to have my cabinets all white with beautiful handles and again I did a different Blue Island totally totally loved the job I will use them again”

“Overall it was a new experience for my family to have a home remodel this big, we were very impressed with how the job site was left clean everyday so we could have a look at the progress at the end of each day. Also their attention to detail was amazing, pointing out certain things that not even my husband or I were aware of. I highly recommend this company to anyone nervous about having their home remodeled for the first time!”

“JCabido Remodeling makes sure assist their customers in whatever they are needing to the extent they need. For example, if their client wants help picking out stone in our warehouse, we always see them come in with them to make sure they are getting taken care of. If the client wants to pick out a stone themselves, that's what happens! They make sure their clients are choosing the products they are wanting in their project all the while being honest and upfront about costs. They have a knowledgeable staff and make sure quality is never undermined. We love working with JCabido Remodeling and look forward to continuing our business with them!”
