“We hired Mike from M & D Builders to produce the full set of drawings required to our commercial building extension project in Brampton. He quickly scheduled to come over to our site to discuss the project further, he also schedule for his team to drop by the place for measurements and proceed with project. They were extremely helpful through the entire process and were able to have the drawings completed and submitted in a timely manner. Mike was always available by phone and email responding and helped me through my permit application process till we got it. I want to thank Mike and his team for the job extremely well done. I will never look for another firm and always recommend them to my colleges.”

“Patricio was an amazing contractor to work with. We did a full house renovation this past summer. one Kitchen, two bathrooms, Engineering Floor in the whole house, Interior Garage Floor and exterior interlocking, wood deck in the backyard plus many other details and spaces. Patricio and his crew were courteous, kept us informed about options and pricing, provided creative solutions to maintain us in budget and kept to the timeline for the job. From start to finish they listened to our concerns and were right in line with the look and design of the new spaces we wanted. The price was right and I feel we got a lot more than any other company would have done. This was no a small job with multiple unforeseeable issues that were resolved by Patricio to the last detail providing my family with peace of mind on all the options we choose. This is clearly a company that has integrity in their work and cares about their customers needs, something that is difficult to find these days . I will definitely use them for future renovations and recommend them to my friends.”

“I am happy to provide a review for the team at Lumara Homes, who did a full gut and renovation for our older home in Forest Hill, Ontario. I must say, this was an impressive project, and the team did an amazing job from start to finish. First, let me start with the design process. They provided in-house design services, which included 3D renderings, drawings, and obtaining the necessary city permits. This made the design and planning process very smooth and efficient. The team was very professional, and they took into consideration our ideas and preferences to create a design that suited our tastes and needs. The renovation was a full gut job, and the crew ensured that everything was done to the highest standard. The guys were very efficient and worked tirelessly to ensure that the project was completed on time. They were also very friendly and pleasant to work with. In fact, they were so easy to work with that we now feel like family! The finished product was absolutely stunning. The luxury finishes added an extra touch of elegance to the home, and it now feels like a brand new property. The attention to detail was exceptional, and the craftsmanship was of the highest quality. We couldn't be happier with the final outcome. “Recently we had our bathroom renovations. It included removal of a tub and replace it with walk in glass standing enclosed shower. Also replaced the vanity counter top with a new sink and fixture which was custom made by them. My first contact was Simrat, she was very knowledgeable and knows what she's doing. She understood all my requirements and met my needs. The whole process was very stress free and completed when expected. I would like to acknowledge Simrat and Ron who were responsible for the renovation from start to finish. They were friendly, approachable and extremely hard working. I didn't need to pick the bathroom light fixtures and faucets myself as their taste is very elegant and affordable. Every detail was took care of. Thank you Simrat and Ron, I am very impressed and pleased with the results and would certainly use Mallard Homes INC. in the future. Already hired them for my ensuite bathroom renovation and kitchen. I will definitely recommend them to my friends and family.”

“We have had several projects completed by DMJ . We re-insulated our attic, replaced several windows, upgraded our kitchen and had a septic holding tank replaced just to name a few. Dave and his crew are honest and trustworthy. DMJ workmanship met all of our expectations and in some cases surpassed them. It is evident that his passion for what he does shines through in his pride of workmanship. The only downside is his availability..... because he is in high demand. Definitely worth waiting for.”
