They did all they could to keep the customer happy even if it required extra work that they hadn't signed up for in the beginning. Yuri is very considerate to not charge anything extra when unexpected issues come up in the project execution and he had to leverage other professionals to resolve the issues and move forward. I haven't come across any contractor till now who doesn't charge to resolve the issues that are not directly related to them. Me and my wife are really happy to find a contractor like Yuri to work with. We were lucky to find the right person/company to approach for all our future house projects.
