“We hired R3 Homes to perform a complete to-the-studs remodel of the kitchen in our vacation rental home. They also replaced all the flooring on the whole level and lighting in adjacent areas. Overall, we were extremely please with the work and value that R3 provided. In addition to their own team of professionals, R3 brought in a number of tradespeople specific to our project that were all top notch: from interior design to cabinetry to stone countertops and lighting, the entire project was well conceived, organized and executed. On top of this, the project was mostly completed remotely, and we were able to trust that the work was done on time and to spec without our having to engage. I would not hesitate to recommend R3 to anyone looking to remodel or repair any part of their property.”

Their attention to detail, timeliness and consistent communication led to the single best construction experience we've ever had. Jesse and Jason were all over the project. Their sense of design is spot on. They worked within the existing point-of-view of the design to ensure a seamless execution. And best of all, they did exactly what they said they were going to do, when they said they were going to do it. Finally, their customer service was off the charts all the way through the project. There was never a moment we didn't know what was happening from either a project, budget or billing standpoint.
