“My husband is a structural engineer and I'm an artist and when we purchased our own "fixer" in a great neighborhood, we were prepared for a lot of unexpected things, but not completely. We were faced with a home that needed plumbing, electrical, HVAC, window issues, a kitchen gut, master bathroom gut as well as general updating and decor. We were given Tim Reid GC number among others and found our salvation. Tim is thorough, professional and a perfectionist. He vetted our sub-contractors and put together a team that was A-1. With Tim's guidance, we have a beautiful, functional home that otherwise could have been a disaster. He was able to to guide us, provided insight and his considerable knowledge to our project. We cannot say enough about Tim Reid GC and suggest that you work with your designers to set scope and then give serious consideration to hiring Tim Reid GC to get it done.”

“Harvey and his team handled a whole basement remodel for us. He had previously remodeled some bathrooms for us so we knew the quality of his work and how easy he is to work with. It was a challenging space with structural and design issues and he had great practical solutions and ideas to get the most out of the space. The proposal and budget was very detailed so there were no surprises. When we did have to make changes, Harvey presented the options and we decided. Lastly, we were on a tight schedule and everything was completed on time and on budget. We are really happy with the results and are enjoying our new rooms!”

“Brownco construction is someone you can count on to get the job done and done right. Mitch is the owner he is very professional and makes sure the client is happy and will try to help in any way he can. I have had them help remodel a sad structure into a beautiful barn and fix damage from a leak, build a beautiful sturdy fence, also they will be doing a remodel on my home in the future. One thing I love is that Mitch the owner is a perfectionist which is great because details matter to me. I am very happy with this company and always plan to use them. My project budget is for the barn remodel”

“We had Joey of FJA Construction do a lot of work fixing up our at the time 35 year old house. Quality of work was excellent and he was easy to work with. He did a lot of different types of work for us, tiling, kitchen cabinet installation, drywall repair/texturing/painting, outside deck rebuilding, stucco repair, and a lot more. We recommend FJA Construction highly.”
