“Love this company!! Always responsive no matter what size the job. Project just finished : Remove wallpaper border, remove mirror and repaint bathroom, hang new mirrors. Wonderful job. Finished in 1 day. No mess. Even came back to hang the mirrors because they had not arrived on time. Definitely recommend using SORC”

“From the initial estimate, HB were right on target, even thought my allstate ins bringed another inspector, only to confirm the poor shape of my wind damage roof, HB responded and replaced my roof promptly and with highly professionalism, I will hire HB again and will strongly recommend them to my neighbors and friends. “I used this company to replace a 2nd story deck, build an interior wall, install interior and exterior French doors, move plumbing and electrical, replace a gate, and paint my house. All of the work was quality! The contractors and subcontractors were easy to work with. They literally keep working until you are satisfied. Some things came up in the process but the price stayed the same. It only raised when I requested an additional item. My only hiccup keeping it from being 5 stars is the communication slowed down a little towards the end. I had to initiate many of the phone calls to check on progress. They did always get back with me timely. This isn't bad considering this was the only company that called me back when I called around to get estimates! I called and emailed 6 contractors and only got one response. Highly recommend to anyone. Probably a little pricy but you get what you pay for!”

“Norm, Tim, Jay, and the crew did an amazing job. We did a remodel on approximately 75% of the house. They build a new mudroom, remodeled the kitchen, entry stairs, 3 bathrooms, new trim and doors through the whole house, and paint in all the remodeled rooms in the house. Very responsive during the job to changes and adjustments.”

“Norduk built my wife and I a custom home in 2015. The builder took time to ensure we got the house plan we wanted picked out of 1000s of plans. They also made sure that certain features and focal points my wife and I wanted were met and worked into our budget. They ensured we stayed on budget and the house was finished when promised. We still loves the house and neighborhood 1.5 years later.”
