“They always say that the best references come from word of mouth. I first heard ofTelion from my uncle who referenced him as one of the top painters in the DFW area. So long story short, we hired Telion for the painting portion of our phase 1 remodel. Needless to say they did an outstanding job. We were totally pleased. Which brings us to phase 2 of our remodel. To our surprise we found out Telion could do all of the remodeling/construction process. David has a lot of experience with commercial grade building. Which in turn, gives you a great quality on residential construction. For example, using a thicker lintel over a door or thicker rebar in pouring concrete. So we again hired Telion for the second time on a new master bedroom/closet/master bath/ and spare bedroom. We were even more impressed with their work. It took a little longer than we expected due to Covid and general issues. But in the end the work was phenomenal and David’s integrity was second to none! The question we always ask is would you hire them again and would you refer them to others? The answer to both is yes and yes.”

“Southern Star Remodeling were professional and very neat. We had our shower remodeled, due to a leak and black mold. It turned out absolutely amazing! The tile we chose was so new, Southern Star had to have special bull nose tiles made for it. We are extremely happy with the outcome and their service. The quote for the work was also very fair. We will use them again.”

“My builder selected Chandler Cabinets for my remodel, and two years after the install I had a hinge break, so I gave them a call to come and fix it. I also mentioned that they were doing a house a few doors down so it should be an easy trip. Well, maybe this level of service was unusual, but less than 15 minutes later, their CEO knocked on my door, fixed my broken hinge in 2 minutes, and then spent 30 minutes adjusting things to a level of precision too fine for me to notice. Highly recommend! It’s great to know that the top guy has 0 issue getting his hands dirty. Oh, and he didn’t even charge me! Thank you Josh!”

“We hired Clear Creek Home Improvements to completely remodel our kitchen that had dark oak cabinets, heavy texted walls, brown floor tile, brown backsplash, and ugly granite countertops. Kevin coordinated closely with us throughout the design process. His written quote was very detailed, so we understood exactly what was going to be done before the project got started. The project took a little longer to get started than we expected. However, once the actual work began, it was completed within the time frame Kevin promised. Overall, the workmanship was excellent. We did have some minor issues with the stainless steel sink and stove top getting scratched, but the kitchen tuned out absolutely beautiful. Kevin stands by all the work that is done by both his crew and subcontractors. For Example, the granite fabricator inadvertantly cut the granite countertops with too much overhang. Kevin had the fabricator carefully remove the granite and recut it back at their fabrication shop. Kevin also had tile guys come back to fix several floor tiles that were raised slightly above the rest of the floor. We ended up with a beautiful three tile floor pattern that spanned from the kitchen through the breakfast area and into the utility room. Our dark traditional kitchen was transformed into a beautiful white transitional kitchen. The renovation included new white shaker cabinets with LED lightning, Cotton White granite for the main countertops, engineered quartz (Cosmic Black by Vicostone) for the bar and enlarged island, chandeliers over both the island and breakfast area, new faucet and stainless steel appliances. We cannot say enough compliments about the cabinet makers; they took the greatest care in fabricating and installing the cabinets. We recommend Clear Creek Home Improvements for any of your renovation needs. We found a contractor that backed up his work and made the extra effort to ensure we were happy with the entire renovation. Note: The included photos appear to show the LED cabinet lights casting a yellowish tint on the stone backsplash. It is actually a white light, but my camera processed it with a yellowish tint. I tried to enhance the photos to reflect the stones true color, but had little success.”

“Whatever you need, Robert is ON IT. On time, on budget, beautiful work, and he WRANGLES WITH THE INSURANCE COMPANY so you don't have to. We hired Kodiak to stain our pool deck (at the recommendation of the local Sherwin Williams). Robert took one look at our roof and said, "You've got a lot of hail damage, see?" then showed us pics of the dings and dents we'd failed to notice. He met with the insurance adjuster a few days later and within a week we had a brand new roof. I then hired him to repair and seal our driveway. He powerwashed it THREE TIMES before putting the sealer on. A contractor with a conscience!”
