“This company was helpful from start to finish. Very knowledgeable but willing to try a new flooring product in a new way. Job looks fantastic and was finished in a timely manner, and of course was brought in under budget which is always wonderful. Mr Kelly, Linda, Clarence, Paul and James were all especially helpful. This was a two part job remodel the kitchen and repair and upgrading of basement damaged in 2014 flooding my area endured.”

“JMJ just completed an ipe deck for us, and from start to finish it was a very positive experience. After several bad experiences with unreliable contractors and construction people, it has been wonderful to work with JMJ! Josiah and his team started this project on schedule, worked consistently, and finished right on schedule and on budget. They worked through difficult weather conditions in good spirits, were pleasant and reliable. And our deck is beautiful! It's a fairly simple design, but well constructed and exactly what we wanted. The ipe wood is not the easiest to work with, but JMJ were experienced and knew what to expect. We are completely pleased with the product and won't hesitate to hire JMJ again.”

What started as a mother-in-law suite addition grew to a full kitchen remodel, expanding from 1 1/2 baths to 3 1/2 baths, all new windows, siding, roof, chimney, sunroom, deck and hardwood flooring. “I have had Sean Patrick Builders complete several projects for me. Every time I am blown away by the professionalism, punctuality, cleanliness, and overall product that Sean delivers. The first project was a bathroom remodel. I have an older home, and Sean took special care to make this newly remodeled space tie in with the existing home's architectural detail. The project was quick, and clean, and my wife and I joke about how our bathroom is the nicest room in our home. The second project Sean Patrick Builders worked on for me was the complete renovation of two apartment buildings. The project was finished before the deadline, and under budget!
