“Hired JD and his company to extend our deck, reinforce as needed and to install a glass panel in the middle of the deck railing to add some pop and allow a view of our pond. JD and his crew did an amazing job - they evaluated and reinforced the structure supporting deck (correcting many mistakes by the original builder); extended/rebuilt the deck itself (I know it is small but ALL the nails lines up straight); installed the deck rail and installed the reinforced, tempured glass section. They also stained the deck. They showed up on time every day on time, worked a full day, kept the work site clean and tidy - they also listened to my concerns about a nearby tree and wisteria - they took great care to keep both unharmed by the reconstruction. They offered many different options so I could get the featues I wanted - I think their prices were on target. I would hire them again in a heart beat.”

“Denlinger Construction completely remodeled my basement. I had to have the carpet and some walls removed due to mold, and I wanted to add a downstairs bathroom. Ben Denlinger and his crew did an amazing job! The materials are of the highest quality and the craftmanship of the work is outstanding!”

“My husband and I had some remodeling and upgrades done in our kitchen. We also had a 1/2 bath installed just off the kitchen in our laundry area. Dean and Ian were very professional and efficient! The quality of work was outstanding!! We were so happy with the work they did, we had them come back and pour a cement patio and install new garage windows for us as well!! They are now our go to guys for any of our contract needs and we would highly recommend them to anyone!! :)”

“We have done several remodeling projects over the years and have worked with other builders that I would not recommend. I am pleased to say however that I would highly recommend Bayer Builders to anyone for their construction needs. Bayer remodeled our master bathroom several years ago, and our experience working with them was absolutely wonderful. If they had any questions on the work that was being done, they always asked. There were no surprises. The work was always done in a professional, workmanlike manner. The job stayed on schedule, on budget, and most importantly I never had to worry about coming home and finding something wrong. I wish I could say the same about some of the other building / remodeling projects we have done in the past. Bayer Builders deserve all the accolades on their website and more. In fact, what prompted me to write this review was the fact that regardless of the time that had elapsed since remodeling our bathroom, Bayer Builders came right out and took care of a loose faucet handle I discovered several years after they finished the project. It is a true testament to their integrity that they would come out several years after our bathroom was finished to take care of something. I was truly impressed and very glad we had chosen such an outstanding, reputable, reliable builder for our bathroom remodel.”

“Pro-Com had done excellent work doing some remodeling in our house. They installed a pine product on our "A" frame ceiling between the existing beams and over the dry wall. It looks fantastic. They are currently installing tile through out the entire house. Could not ask for a better contractor.”

“Kellco Group, LLC is the new Identifying Name for the former Keller Services. New name for the same outstanding personnel and company. Our experience began with a request for a pricing of a flooring and painting project to prepare our house for sale. As the project began there was an emergency plumbing project that one company quoted for $7,500.00. Keller did the project, including discovery of a major requirement undiscovered by the first company, for 40% of the cost quoted. Keller Services then removed a wall between the kitchen and family room, installed new flooring to 90% of the house, provided the finest paint job to all ceilings, walls and trim in the entire house, installed new lighting on the outside, installed pocket doors and closet doors, and fixed things that were broken without asking. Every night the house was available for meals and sleeping. We have added garage door and exterior painting to the project. We are so pleased we are staying in the home.”

“Giant Factory Direct replaced my patio roof, downspout and gutters damaged by a hail storm with an insulated patio cover. They did excellent work. They also put a cover, downspout and gutters over my front door area, making an excellent place to sit without getting wet. They did an excellent job. This firm gives a fair estimate. The workers are polite and knowledgeable. They know exactly how to get the job done in a timely manner. The end result is a happy customer with a superior product.”
