“We have hired Norberto for several projects during the past two years, most recently for a complete home renovation and addition. Norberto and his crew are arguably the best in San Miguel. They are very responsive, do excellent work, and show up responsibly. He and several employees are bilingual, making the working relationship easy for an expat. They try not to let any delays get in the way, and when a problem or mistake occurs, they take quick responsibility and do what it takes to correct it quickly.
