“We chose this contractor over several others to renovate the kitchen and bath of our row house on the basis of two considerations: seeing the work he had performed for others, and the thoughtfulness he exhibited in addressing all of the many questions we had about his approach to our specific needs. Although the project is in progress, expect to be completed in about a month, we have been pleased all along the way with the workmanship and obvious appreciation for maintaining a look consistent with an older home. The dialogue has been excellent. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to others, and will likely use them again, should we need work done in the future..”

“Virginia Tradition Builders exceeded our expectations and we would highly recommend them. The contractor were professional and courteous, arrived each day on time, and left the site clean at the end of the day. VTB stayed on track with estimated times, and accommodated our family as we lived in the house during the addition. We highly valued Steven's opinions and completely trusted him to understand and translate our vision into reality. Steven was always professional and responsive. We will definitely hire VTB for our future projects as well.”

“Contracted Maison to replace the exterior doors of my house. Took some time to get materials ordered but once available installation started immediately. Project took longer than I or contractor initially expected due to some "old house" issues but was completed in 2.5 days. Subsequent issues with flashing, trim and seals was take care of quickly and without question. All in all a very good experience.”

“We contracted with OCC Group to replace the roof, install new windows and new siding, as well as re-pointing our brick porch, building a roof to replace the porch awning, replacing the porch railing, install french doors to replace 2 windows and replace two exterior, custom doors. Everyone associated with the job was respectful and professional. The job was slightly delayed due to weather and the occasional late contractor, but I've got no complaints. The work done was top-notch and we are getting constant compliments.”
