“Spratt has performed several renovations for us (we have remodeled parts of our house as we were able to afford). Jobs included building new bathrooms, moving walls, installing walls indoor and outdoor, installation of flooring, roofing, and painting. The quality is superior. The staff (workers) were great - competent, friendly, arrived on time and on the scheduled days. Jobs were completed on time and on budget. I have recommended Spratt to several friends. Spratt also cleaned, repaired, and remodeled a condominium we purchased in the Woodlands.”

“Jeff assisted us in the renovation of our condominium. He coordinated the vendors that we used for new flooring and countertops. He also helped us purchase new stainless steel appliances. He was always available when we had questions. He also completed the projects in a timely manner. Everything went smoothly, and we really appreciate all his help.”

“Tyson Hamilton, owner of HL Properties was professional from beginning to end of the project. Our 60 s master bath, and smaller bedroom bathroom were completely remodeled which meant removing everything down to the studs. His team also gutted our master bedroom replacing sheet rock, adding insulation, repairing doors, removing carpeting, adding new baseboards and window frames, replacing light fixtures, painting, and more. Throughout the entire project Tyson was very helpful and supportive offering advice and suggestions during the remodel. His team of talented professionals worked together seamlessly each knowing their job. They always arrived early every day and were efficient, friendly, and helpful with great attention to detail. The finished bathrooms are more beautiful than we could have imagined. The estimate and charges were very reasonable we highly recommend HL Properties. Tom and Claudia Oak Ridge, Tennessee”

“This is not the first time we have hired Woodruff Construction. They did such an excellent job on our screened porch, we called them back to replace faucets, mirrors, shower doors and to put up a French Door. We have 2 1/2 bathrooms and 5 vanities at a cost of $5,000. The French Door was an odd size and primed. Our screened in porch had to be built from the ground up and connected to the house thru a window that became a door. The roof is cathedral. There is an outside door from the porch and of course a fan. The cost of that project was over $10.000. When Woodruff Construction comes to your house they take a personal interest and will advise you on the best and cheapest way to get the look you want. We often ask Kelly Woodruff, the owner, his opinion. For instance, we wanted to replace our powder room vanity but were amazed at the cost. He suggested that we go to Home Depot and get a granite top and then paint the vanity. We really don't even need to paint the vanity it turned out so well. We did not even know that such an item existed. His workman are neat and tidy and professional. Sincerely, James Hansard”

“I hired Matt for my renovation home loan which needed a number of different things including new guttering, new roof, demolition of a garage and new framing and windows of a sunroom. Matt did a fantastic job and did it so quickly even during the terrible weather in the last month. Not only did he do it quickly he did it fairly and for a great price but did not reduce the quality! Would totally use him again for any other projects that may come up and would totally recommend him.”
