“We found Rory when we decided to do some remodeling to our kitchen / living room and deck area of our San Francisco home. We put requests for quotes out to three contractors. Rory was the only one to respond quickly. When we met him we immediately felt comfortable with him. We described the work we wanted done and he made additional recommendations and helped us determine best solutions for things we were unsure how to accomplish. His quote was spot on without us even letting him know what our target budget was for the project. We had no reservations going with him without even looking at other contractors (which it turns out was good since the other contractors took months to get back to us!). Rory had other projects going, but scheduled ours in sensibly and set our expectations for the timeframe to finish the project. We were pleasantly surprised when, even though we added components to the scope, he and his crew completed the work well within the timeframe expected. His crew was professional and the job site cleaned up each evening. We have since had Rory come in to do piece meal projects and we know we can count on him to help us with anything we have need for (no job seems to small), and when needed he is able to recommend quality sub contractors, all of whom have done wonderful work (painters, electrician, etc.). We highly recommend Rory as a general contractor for any of your home improvement projects. He can take a job from start to finish professionally, for a good price with quality results.”

“I have hired Argos Construction twice, once for a kitchen remodel in our previous apartment, and once for a full remodel in our current house. The fact that I am a repeat customer is best proof that I am happy with Argos Construction and the owner Viktor. Bottom line is that they do quality work at a reasonable price. Viktor is very knowledgable of all aspects of construction and his team is courteous and efficient. My favorite aspect of working with Argos is that Viktor is extremely responsive. He almost always picks up the phone when called. In the rare cases he doesn't he gets back to messages within minutes. To me, this is key when working with a contractor and having your home remodeled. I can only recommend Argos construction, and I will surely be working with them in the future.”

“Had 2 bathrooms gutted and redone. The finished product looks great. John and NB were great communicators, was always available by text. The subs were talented, great plumber and tiler. Took longer, but some of that was me with change orders. Made sure through the entire project we always had in inside toilet. Bid came in at the middle, still not cheap but the end result was worth it.”

“I found GreenStar Construction through word of mouth. I was impressed by the designs my colleague showed me with such a substantial budget on their home, so my wife and I decided to go with them. We were re-designing our kitchen. We changed countertops, sinks, backsplash and cabinets. The owner gave us phenomenal options to choose from within our budget. Jay has an eye for design which my wife really appreciated. He always answered our calls, answered all of our questions, and went up and beyond to make sure we stayed within our budget and were satisfied. Thanks Jay, my wife loves her new kitchen.”

“We hired IGreen builders to remodel our master bathroom. The company was the fourth we interviewed with and we were deeply impressed by Liron Knot wide experience, their design ideas and their reasonable price, so we offered them the job on the spot. We were so glad we did that! This was a wonderful team - Liron gave us lots of great ideas on the design. He was our project manager, and was very experienced and customer oriented. I often called him multiple times a day and he was always very patient to answer my questions and kept me updated on the daily schedule. The crew was very professional, courteous and highly skillful - we really love the great tile work. Tony and his folks did an excellent job. Now we enjoyed our beautiful bathroom everyday and we are so glad we hired this team. We love their work so much that we decided to remodel the two bathrooms upstairs as well with them, which are ongoing right now.”

“Bay Remodels was the right company for my renovation. The remodel of my kitchen was well organized from the beginning to the end. I am so very pleased with the results. The subcontractors were on time and extremely competent. Each phase of the work was overseen by Arsen and each day closed with detailed cleanliness. Everyone I came in contact with was professional, well mannered, kind and enthusiastic. It was a pleasant experience, done as I wanted. A job well done, gorgeous! “Great experience! Our journey to find the right contractor began by leaving our details in multiple remodeling service websites and met with seven contractors, needless to say I was not impressed by their understanding of the code in the San Francisco code or attention to details. Two things that were very important to us. Fortunately I was recommended on TRIOND via a friend from work who just had them do his bathroom and kitchen remodeling. We were interested in remodeling two bathrooms, which hadn't changed since its last renovation in the '70s... Although Triond's proposal wasn't the lowest one, we chose them to do our bathroom remodeling. We were impressed by the fact the proposal was very comprehensive and had taken into consideration options and obstacles other contractors did not even consider mentioning. Another reason we have chosen TRIOND over other remodeling companies is because even before signing anything the project manager brought an engineer to take a look and share his impression when we were considering removing a load bearing wall and relocate the bathroom We are very pleased with the final result. Even though we had a vision in mind about how each bathroom should look, we are happy we took the interior designer's advice. The layout the designer suggested made sense and the rendering really helped seeing how everything comes together. and eventually, it also saved us some budget which we were able to spend on higher quality finish materials. We would choose to work with TRIOND on future remodeling projects!”
