“Worth the trip, Always! Sheri, Kelly & Jackie made it easy. Great service, tons of choices amazing price points. My project was just my downstairs rec room, feels like heaven under our feet ( Sheri great surrestion on the underlay) The turn around time was fast, was a blessing since this was my Christmas present. Now, on to the next project....... I will be using them again. Looks wonderful,turned out so well, my neighbor ask for a quote, site measure & installed. They went a shade darker!! Again with great results. Bravo! They also have some unique home decor items, great eye candy amazing price points. See you soon Ladies...”

“Out of the 4 contractors that I interviewed and explained what I would like in my kitchen, Mike was the only one who knew immediately. He then proceeded to sketch out my kitchen right in front of me, exactly how I envisioned it. The trades people for cabinets (Samantha), flooring, electrical, drywall ( Kelly), painter all were very knowledgeable about their products and installation for cabinets was above and beyond. Mike has been very professional, honest and caring in his dealings with us. What he quoted was exactly what we paid , except a couple things I changed we paid extra for. Mike knew we were on a budget and he proceeded most economically and efficiently for us. Started demo Nov 2/21 finished Nov 30/21 , with a few touch ups in December. Would highly recommend this company, If you want it done properly and done right Bella Rosa Developments is the choice.”

“Addition of 2 rooms over our garage. The project required an engineered solution to meet our needs of adding two rooms over our garage, drywall, finishing of the garage, installation of upgraded HVAC to meet the larger house size, new stucco, new eavestrophing, fascia, soffit, new finishings in all upper floor. Second project on secondary property was to assist with proper sealing of crawl space and increasing insulation in attic. Kurmak employees were: - very professional] - listened to our needs - found solutions to our requests for changes when we asked - addressed shortcomings immediately and with professional attitude. - met or exceeded deadlines”

“We have hired Tom as a carpenter on our landscape projects for the last several years. He has built decks, fences, retaining walls, screens, planters, pergolas...any type of outdoor carpentry we have requested. Tom works to a very high standard and the end result is beautiful; and often even better than anticipated. Tom offers creative ideas throughout the project and is adaptable when the situation requires it. Tom's projects are completed on time and on budget. Our clients are always thrilled. He communicates clearly and often with photos and project updates, and responds to questions or concerns very very quickly. Darcy is extremely committed to his projects and works tirelessly to keep things running according to plan. When the inevitable reno surprises came up, or when we changed our mind about something, he calmly managed the situation and ensured it was resolved. “We had the pleasure of working with Barry and Lisa to complete our kitchen renovation. It was a bit of a tricky project (most are) but both Barry and Lisa went the extra mile, from design to completion, to ensure it went off without a hitch. The end result was a beautiful kitchen that far exceeded our expectations. We would immediately turn to them again if we were to have any additional renovation needs.”

“Excellent contractor. He is my go to guy when I want anything done. He renovated a condo I purchased for my mother that need an update and needed o add an office and various safety features. Excellent communication and the project was finished for the move in date. I would not hesitate to use again and recommend.”
