“I have had this contractor complete 6 projects and have been extremely satisfied with the quality of work and professionalism. This contractor's honesty fares well with me because I like each project done right. He always lets me know what he will be doing each day. I especially like the fact that if he runs into any problems due to previous poor quality workmanship, he will tell me and then correct it. He gives each project the time it needs instead of rushing and cutting corners to meet a deadline. At this point, he is the only contractor I will have at my home.”

“Over the last four years Technically Aesthetic has done a custom bathroom, tiled another shower as well as installed vinyl siding on a dormer and a small plumbing project. The work is always done well and at a reasonable price. Tyrone is always professional and I am very comfortable with him being in my home while my wife and I are away during the day. Whenever someone tells me they have a project in mind I always give them Tyrone's information. He is my go-to contractor. He is honest and does great work. You'll be happy you chose him.”

“Headwaters Enterprises is #1 in my book! They're a rare find in the world of construction being talented, top quality, honest, AND reliable. If you want to see the work they do in person, come check out our bicycle shop! Our retail space was a maze of small offices before Headwaters transformed it. Now we have a beautiful showroom, practical repair shop, and efficient office & storage areas. The attention to detail, clear cut choices of products & materials, and finishing touches are so good, they sometimes become the topic of conversation with our customers instead of the bicycles that we sell. The remodel went so well, we've even had Headwaters build a deck, install sliding glass doors, relocate a few windows, and even add chimney pots to our home. We look forward to more projects in the future!”

“Rogers Development built our 7,000 square foot custom home in 2013. The quality of their work was evident even before we signed the construction contract. They researched and provided a very detailed cost estimate based on our specific selections whereas other contractors we spoke with provided estimates based on their normal allotments. They were extremely helpful throughout both the design and selection process. Their subcontractors were top quality. Either Jimmie or Jeff Rogers (the owners) were on site daily throughout the entire project to check on the progress. We are extremely pleased with the quality of the construction and will utilize them should we build again in the future.”

“I hired Home Projects LLC of Johnson city to install new vanity, toilet, tile flooring, trim and paint. There was no dragging of feet with this guy. I don't leave many reviews, but when someone just does their job with no nonsense, I think it should be recognized. Great job”

“I used HRock for stone veneer work on a chimney and some work on landscaping steps. They did a wonderful job. The chimney looks fantastic and the work appears to be done well. The price was better then others that quoted. Tony is responsive and helpful. I would have given five stars except that the site clean-up was not what it should have been, with construction debris being left behind. I would say having to clean-up afterwards was a small inconvenience compared to the amount saved by going with HRock.”

“We hired Duinkerken Homes to work on a landscaping & grading project to make the backyard a space we could use. They did the grading, built a retaining wall and stairs from one level to another. Brandon and his team were very professional and hard-workers. They communicated with us throughout the process. They made suggestions that made sense. We are very happy with the final result and can't wait to enjoy what went from a small hill to a large backyard space that we can actually use! They completed the project within the time frame we discussed, which was also important to us.”

“Paul has worked for us to build a deck and pergola. His craftsmanship is excellent as well as he is very considerate of doing the best job for the best price. He is patient and understanding with his ultimate goal of having the job completed with your satisfaction. He has great ideas and input along the way! Highly recommend him. Next project is master bath!”
