“Kleehammer Construction LLC installed hardwood floors, gutted a laundry room, and powder room as well as installing windows on a porch that was screened in at our home in Glen Arbor, Michigan. I have the highest regards for Kleehammer Construction because they are honest, the work they do is outstanding, his prices are reasonable, they show up when they say they will, at the end of the day his crew cleans up, and best of all Will Kleehammer either takes your call when you call or calls you back quickly. I was impressed that you actually had calls return so fast. I have recommended Kleehammer Construction to friends and they were extremely happy with his work. I love my home and part of that is the work that was done by Kleehammer Construction. I would hire them again in a nano-second!”

“We have used Costanza Homes over the past 3 years for a whole house renovation at purchase, the addition of a finished basement, an outdoor patio, a butler pantry addition, and even a 250 sq foot treehouse with a loft. Pete and his crew have always been on budget, and are great at coming up with innovative suggestions to improve your ideas. Our home is absolutely amazing and that is largely attributable to the work that Costanza Homes has done.”

“Nick Kowlaski runs this operation very well, giving plenty of notice of deadlines, keeping me apprised of developments and schedule, providing accurate estimates. The work is excellent. This is the third time I have used this builder, largely due to the combination of excellent work and on-time completion. I have used them for a remodel of an old house into a business, to construct a new home and now to expand that business. I recommend them without reservation. I am providing photo of my office after the first remodel but before the expansion as we are right in the middle of the expansion project now. I will upload the "after" photo once complete.”
