The preparation by Earl Weaver with the removal of lath and plaster, doors, moldings, wood floors, was done with care. Every day the house was left clean, and all debris removed. Upon the installation of the kitchen each step was done with the highest quality, in the workmanship, and materials. Each Earl Weaver employee was a master craftsman, and the prep work, and the final result showed the quality of each employee at Earl Weaver. The new kitchen was beyond beautiful, and functional. “Over the last three years McLennan Contracting has completed three major renovation projects for us. All exceeded our expectations, were on time, and within budget. The work, all of excellent quality, included creating an open concept kitchen and living room, a major family room renovation, and a small attached apartment refresh. In the open concept project, the scope included the design and construction of a custom glass/oak/and steel railing, removing an interior wall, rerouting electric and air conditioning, and building a custom island. The family room project included a complete new ceiling with pot lights, new drywall, new outlets and switches, refacing a dated brick fireplace and installing a new granite hearth, and the conversion of a hinged interior door to a sliding barn door.
