Quick, flawless execution--at a very reasonable price. I was impressed and so happy with the result, I invited them back to paint the interior of the small house with the same result. “Rapid response, quality work, clean and efficient. Rate was fair and clearly communicated. Our dishwasher needed replaced and when we moved it we found significant rodent and water damage. We needed a new hot water shutoff valve to even have the dishwasher removed. Frank was quick to answer our request and able to schedule the work rapidly. He replaced the water valve, removed and repaired the damaged framing, replaced insulation, replaced part of the subfloor, installed an electrical outlet, replaced damaged drywall, and even seamed and mudded the joints. All of that and totally cleaned up in under 3 hours. The number of trades this repair touched could have caused us any number of headaches, but instead we only made one call to Frank McKoen.
