“We began working with Chris at All in One almost 2 years ago. His estimate was competitive and we were able to visit one of his current projects at the time, and were pleased with what we seen. Chris worked with us through every step of the process. We ultimately did a complete remodel of our 2 bedroom 2 bath condo. The scope of our project included complete kitchen and bath remodels. New beams, custom fireplace and entertainment center in the living room, as well as new flooring, paint, lighting, baseboards and interior doors throughout. Chris was his crew did an exceptional job. The job only ran about 1 week over the projected completion date, which considering that work began and ended during the height of Covid, we definitely could not complain about that. We couldn’t have been more pleased with the final product. Almost 1 year after completion, we have only had one very minor issue. It was a design issue with one of our tub enclosures which had nothing to go with the workmanship. Chris has returned twice offering options to remedy the problem. I would hire this company again if we ever decided to do another remodel and would recommend them without hesitation! After all was said and done, I consider Chris my friend, not just our contractor.”

“Last October and January we have had our place at the beach tiled and both bathrooms renovated. Mr. Watts and his crew did an outstanding job from start to finish. It looks great and we love it. The job was done properly and timely. The workers were nice and cleaned up once finished. The kitchen is next!”

“My third house in the last 15 years is under construction now. That makes a statement by itself. I have also used Ed John's for two residential remodels and one commercial expansion. Ed John's has a reputation for building a quality home and Ed has an excellent eye for interior trim. Presently has a great group of subcontractors working for him. The framers, brick and trim contractors have done an excellent job. Please feel free to have Ed bring you to my current new home.”

“My master bathroom was old and needed updating. I called American Craftsman Renovations and met Kevin on site. He and I discussed my thoughts and ideas and he quickly turned around a detailed estimate. I was impressed with Kevin's attention to detail and customer service from the very beginning. Since we would be living in the house during the renovation, I knew that these qualities would be paramount. Kevin and his guys were all very professional, friendly and knew what they were doing. The quality of the craftsmanship in all aspects of the project impressed me; tile work an, cabinets in particular. The job was completed on time and on budget. Kevin was there every step of the way to answer questions and to keep us updated on the project. I would use American Craftsman Renovations in the future and would and do recommend them for any home improvement job.”

“Tom and MaryAnn were our general contractors. I had the floor plan design already and had it drawn by their architect to the standards needed for Rose Hill Plantation. Tom was very specific on his line item bids/budgets set for our project so it was easy to track when change orders occurred. The construction draws and construction timeline was understandable and easy to follow. We lived 3.5 hours away so it is important to work closely with a general contractor and they need to understand what it is your are trying to accomplish when building a custom designed home. Tom and MaryAnn were available when we called and spent time with us at their preferred shops (cabinets, flooring, plumbing, electrical, etc.) introducing us to the people we would be working with and gently guiding us through the process. What drew us to Tom initially was the finish trim work he uses. Most general contractors skimp on this part of the home, but Tom "standard" finish was far and above most others. In a custom designed/built home, there are the unknowns and unseen problems that arise, it is how these issues are handled and resolved that count. We worked together to get them solved. Would recommend Tom Peeples Builder to anyone looking to build in the Bluffton/Hilton Head area. Nice folks and great work.”

“We hired Snipes Home Construction to completely renovate our second home in the Ardsley Park area of Savannah Georgia, while we continued to live at our primary residence in Southern California. From 2500 miles away we took a big chance on what would happen and how Scotty Snipes would handle this major renovation. We were not disappointed! From the quality of the work, to the communication with us in California, to the helpful advice at every step of the way, we found everything handled professionally and competently. We highly recommend Snipes Home Construction and cannot adequately express our gratitude to Scotty and Angela Snipes and their staff for such a super job. We would give them 10 stars if it were possible! Highly recommended without any reservation.”
