“I hired Chad Goodin's firm to build a 3,600 sq ft, 2-story, custom lakefront home on Lake Norman in Mooresville, NC. This scope of the project included demolition through new construction. The project was completed on time. I found Chad, himself, and his entire team to be highly professional, competent and communicative. I was always made to feel like their top priority. A couple of minor follow-up items that have popped up after the CO was issued have been promptly taken care of, which speaks volumes about the integrity of Chad, his employees and his relationship with his subcontractors. I would definitely endorse this firm.”

“Removal of plaster ceiling that had fallen as well as installation of new sheetrock ceiling with new light fixtures. They were careful to protect existing construction and repaired a part of the ceiling found to be rotten. All was completed in a timely manor.”

“My wife and I were referred to Allen and Sons Construction for the purpose of designing an EZ-Breeze room as an addition to our existing home along with a new patio. We were contacted by an associate of Allen and Sons, Bobby Horne. From the first time we met Bobby and Dave [Allen], we were quite impressed. Their professionalism, knowledge and recommendations surpassed our expectations. The quality of the workmanship from all of their contractors was superb, especially Mike, who clearly is the best. Both Bobby and Dave kept us well informed with each step of the process, even with "supply chain" challenges. Our project from the beginning to the end was a joy to watch. We were so impressed with the final product that Allen and Sons will be back soon for a make over of our master bathroom.”

“Jeff is a great guy to work with. I have used him for all of my home improvements. He is always responsive and available. He did our home kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, Windows and even helped design our backyard. After a year of living in our home we wanted to do more and build a custom BBQ with Jeffs guidance. You cannot find a more trustworthy and honest person. You will be in great hands!!!”

“Charlton & Co. does make ready's on my investment property. Thomas is very personable, easy going, pleasant to work with and of utmost importance, trustworthy. He strives to keep costs at a minimum. When additional costs come up, as they always do when doing a project, he tries to keep it as reasonable as possible. This company has the ability to repair or install just about anything I need done. They take pride in the completed project. I know I can depend on Charlton & Co. to complete the job in a timely manner.”

“Moss-Marlow built a very solid, beautiful home for us this year. We lived in a different state and were concerned about proper communication during such a big project; but it was not a problem at all. Our project manager was incredibly responsive to every issue. We were sent current photos of the work done and updated on the construction progress regularly on the Buildertrend app. Their main office has a showroom containing a huge variety of choices in tile, flooring, stonework,etc.. Every sub-contractor Moss-Marlow used on our home was attentive to our input and provided such professional results! I can't express fully how very pleased we are with our new home. Thanks, guys.”
