“We have hired CNC Construction many times. They upgraded our kitchen, redid our bathrooms and refinished our basement. They have put on an addition for us as well. They are very professional and reliable. They are honest and provide quality craftsmanship at a reasonable, fair price. They pay attention to detail and are just awesome to work with! “Donna and Mike from D&M have been caring for our second home for a dozen years. They manage our property from soup to nuts; things like "can you run over and turn on the heat and lights?; we are arriving late tonight" to serving as the general contractor on a number of construction projects on the property. Those projects started with bathroom renovations in the main house, extended through the construction of a pool house, pool and a guest house (over the course of three years). They are super nice to work with, really know their stuff and have a great web of subcontractors who respond to requests timely and professionally. They really are only a phone call a way and really can and do take care of nearly anything related to a property.”

“Replaced two windows. Installed new kitchen tile. Replaced stone flooring in front door entry way. Repaired damage caused by carpenter ants to one side of my house. Replaced roof on house. Replaced roof on storage shed and added gutter to it. Had him do work on my nephew's condo in Middletown, Ct where he installed new ceramic tile in the condo bathroom and replaced much of the floor molding., and replaced the threshold leading into kitchen. He has done much work for me. He is reasonable, on time, and has always provided value for the money I spent. I will always rely on Lee for any home repairs I need. All my dealings with him for myself and my nephew go back at least three years. The last (new roof) in June of 2015.”

“We engaged Riga to build our house on South Shore Road in Salisbury, CT. The home is now 10 years old but has stood the test of time in terms of wear and tear in the real world. I often comment on how well built the house is and that even during storms and high winds, how tight and snug the house remains. The quality of the workmanship is very high.
