“Redline has done several jobs for us to include window sill repair,electrical addition and relocation ,cabinet relocation and plastering. I have also had estimates provided for additional work to include a covered porch and bathrooms renovation. The work will be done by Redline when we can schedule. We have found the owner and his talented team or employees to be very professional in providing a high quality of finished work.When they committed to do the work we found them to be reliable in completion of the job. It is our opinion that this will be an ongoing relationship.”

“Our experience with Venture builders was wonderful. One bathroom was completly renovated for use by my handicapped mother: the other partially updated. Everything that we needed was thought through and we were offered advice and choices at every step. The people they brought in to do the electrical, plumbing and painting were not only good at their job but good people. I recommend them highly and will use them again.”

“Vailes has done two major projects for us. In 2018 we had a new heat pump installed and had a screened in porch built. In both cases Vailes was very professional and did an excellent job. Our new heat pump works very well and keeps the house comfortable year around. The screened in porch is beautiful It was built using ipe wood and cat-proof screen. We and the cats enjoy it.”

“Work done: Replaced floors in entire house. Repaired walls and framing and painted entire house. Did demo and helped remove old furniture, then helped return everything. Justin gave appropriate suggestions for repair, replacement, painting, decorating, etc. Justin and his crew, specifically John and Caleb were wonderful to work with. They were respectful and went out of their way to accommodate us. Justin has great knowledge about what needed to be done and spent a lot of time going over everything with us. He found issues we did not know were there and still kept everything within our budget. We had to live in the house while the construction was being done and Halcyon accommodated us every step of the way making sure we were as comfortable as possible. Justin helped us tremendously with decision options and consistently guided us in the good direction. We are still a work in progress and I highly recommend Halcyon.”

“We hired Mark Flanders to design and build a combination garage and first floor bedroom. We couldn’t be happier with the result. Throughout the process, Mark was a joy to work with. He listened carefully to our roughly defined ideas and then offered sensible and attractive options, including concerns about bang for the buck. We liked the fact that Mark was willing to advise us clearly and tactfully dissuade us from bad decisions. The quality of the final product is impressive in large part because Mark hired excellent subcontractors who knew how to get the job done well. He ably directed them along the way, a hands-on contractor. In addition, Mark is cheerful, making the ins and outs of the building process enjoyable.”
