From the beginning, he gave us a detailed breakdown of the work and allowed us to modify for our needs and budget. He listens to concerns and is very responsive in a more than reasonable manner. “Dan was extremely professional and accommodating to our vision for a bathroom remodel. He not only had the skills to completely change the layout of our bathroom, but the patience to understand the results we wanted and make our dream bathroom come to life. We were very impressed by his tile work and the pace at which he worked. He was respectful of our home and cleaned up the work space at the end of every day. Dan was excellent at communicating and included us in the decision making process for all design details. He quickly resolved any issues that came up and kept us in the loop for changes that needed to be made to keep our bathroom beautiful, but most importantly functional. We will be hiring Dan for our future home projects!”

“Patrick did an excellent job with my kitchen remodel! He was always punctual, helped me coordinate the countertop amd appliance installations, left the work space organized and clean at the end of each day and followed up with me periodically after it was all finished to see how things were and if there was anything I might have questions or concerns about. He and Ami are a power team...they genuinely care about their clients and providing not only excellent work and craftsmanship, but a top notch customer service experience! I get so many compliments on my kitchen thanks to Hi Hat!”

“We hired Gaspar's to give the run-down, 104 year old Seattle house we purchased a "makeover," including refinishing the original fir floors, partial kitchen and basement upgrades, and detailed painting of miles of original wood trim! Gaspar's was upfront, professional, and responsive in every aspect, providing a dedicated and experienced project manager who kept us informed and involved at every step. The project was smooth, streamlined, and we loved the results so much we hired Gaspar'sagain the following year to remodel our main bathroom. They carefully preserved and restored the original clawfoot tub, and suggested upgrades that were modern but preserved the original character of our home, including a new pedestal sink with modern lines. I would not hesitate to recommend Gaspar's, especially for that "complete experience" from start to finish.”

“Deana and Michael were highly recommended. We sought their services for bathroom remodels. They supplied us with a detailed budget that respected our budget guidelines. Deana and Michael were easy to work with even though most of our discussions had to be done by phone to our home in Wisconsin. Besides the phone consultations, Michael sent us phone pictures and videos to keep us current. Michael and Deana were very conscientious about our budget and would suggest ways to save money without sacrificing quality (instead of granite countertops, travertine marble was substituted at a 1/4 of the cost of granite) The people from Urban Maintenance, INC were a joy to work with on our bathrooms. They met all of our questions, recommendations, and needs with a positive attitude. We would recommend without question.”
