“Phil McLain was the construction supervisor for our mountain modern home near Estes Park, Colorado. During the period of time our house was being built, we came to know Phil quite well as he was involved with every aspect of our project. We were impressed by his attention to detail, creative problem solving and his commitment to giving us the home of our dreams. Phil has the ability to tackle difficult issues when they arise while always looking out for the homeowner. He manages his team effectively and is trustworthy and realistic in creating a timeline. “Very experienced. Has good inputs on design and materials. Collaborative during construction on decisions and revisions. They helped us create our design for an extended living room and kitchen from what had been three separate spaces . All follow-up issues were resolved without complaint and in a timely manner. We learned a great deal from GMB and we are delighted with the result and they are scheduled for our next projects! The final design was produced exactly as designed. GMB helped us understand: Always prepare a complete project description before starting. It can be modified as needed. Consider all material, appliances, fixture, and finish choices (and availability /delivery) way in advance for their installation or application. Understand delays in these decisions will impact the final completion date and progress GMB excelled at design help, finishes, carpentry, setting cabinets and appliances. They used excellent sub contractors when needed.”

“I continue to work with Lipari Construction on a regular basis however wanted to submit this review based on a large project we did a few years ago in Vail, Colorado. This was a very high end, extremely detailed, large multi residential project in which Donato was one of the lead project managers for the contractor at the time. Aside from his professional yet personable demeanor, I was immediately impressed by his span of knowledge. This was a project where he answered to the developer in addition to over 20 homeowners. We work with many contractors and Donato's organizational skills are second to none. Not only is he a perfectionist in construction, but also in documentation, administration follow up, and most important, communication! I would recommend hiring Lipari Construction as you get the best all of worlds: honesty and transparency, detailed documentation, passion in building, and truly keeping the clients best interest to heart. Donato is always ready and willing to answer my questions in a non intimidating friendly manner. Knowing and working with him for over 10 years, I have no doubt why he earned his highly respected reputation as a top builder in Summit County Colorado.”

“Gary built a bar top for us, using wide plank knotty alder. It was a tricky project due to the log post that was located in the middle of the bar. The project required a skilled, patient, precise, knowledgeable craftsman. As with many projects the plan changed a bit as he got into it. The bar top is beautiful. Gary is a flexible thinker and gave me a few choices, as alternatives. I appreciated being respected in this manner. He is a friendly, respectful, punctual, skilled craftsman. I would certainly recommend him and will hire him again.”

“I cannot say enough good things about Ed Goodman Construction. Ed and his crew just took us through a complete remodel of a house that was built in 1959. He took the house down to the studs and rebuilt it into most fabulous house we could ever have imagined. Everyone who walks in the house uses the same word, 'stunning'. The remodel took 8 months. Several people have asked us if we would use our contractor again, a few have asked us if we are even talking to our contractor after such a big remodel. Our answers, yes and yes. We love Ed and feel so lucky to have had him take on our project. He is simply the best.”

“Excellent workmanship! No surprises! Kazco remodeled our kitchen in August of 2017 and did a fantastic job! We did a complete tear out and everything new put back in. They are trustworthy and we left them alone in the house with no problem! Everything was completed on time and they did everything we had asked for with the budget we had decided on in the beginning, no surprises of extra $$ at the end of the project. We are very happy with all of the work including the flooring and the backsplash subway tile, No mistakes to fix!! We love our new kitchen and we recommend Kazco to all of our friends. We plan on having them remodel our bathrooms in the future.”
