Its the flawless walls, beautiful floors, fresh tiles, overhead lighting, and of course, the trim and painting which makes the room absolutely POP! The crew is professional and hard working. “If you are looking for great customer service (exceeding expectations in my experience), and high quality work being done on your place within or before a projected deadline, 123 remodeling is the company to go with and here are a few examples of why. After moving forward with 123, a project manager Ariel picked me up and helped me shop for both of my bathroom remodels, providing helpful advice based on his experience but still totally respecting my personal style. We found everything I needed within a couple hours and he was also able to get my an amazing discount on everything purchased. He then picked me up a second time to help me find tiles for my bathroom backsplash which was still unfinished from my previous nightmare remodeling experience even though 123 wasn't even contracted to work on my kitchen so this was extremely nice of him and definitely not in the contract. Aside from the project management, the actual worker bee was amazing. He showed up every single day out of about 30 work days except one 1 (because of car trouble) and worked straight from 8 to 4 (the hours my building allows you to work) barely breaking for lunch. When he did break though, he hung out with our Dog and was always very nice and loving to him which we appreciated :). His work was impeccable. There were a few things we added on at the end or asked to be changed that 123 did without adding any costs or giving us any grief. Yes, the project cost was expensive BUT I got quotes from 2 other companies that came in right at the same price or higher so 123 is definitely comparable to any other remodeling company that provides professional, high quality service and work. If your priority is having a positive, stress free remodeling experience, where you need some advice and help picking out material, go with 123. You will not regret it. I spent 9 months in a horrible kitchen remodeling nightmare because I tried to go with someone who could not be held accountable for failing to deliver on what we had discussed and I ended up spending twice as much in the end and having to wait 9 months for my kitchen to be finished. If I could go back, I would hire 123 again without a second thought. Could not recommend them more. Enjoy!”

“We cannot convey through a review how GREAT working with John at CHR Contractors was. We originally found John through Angi's List while getting quotes to have a raised Trex deck built behind our house. He was responsive during the quoting process, and all through the project once we moved forward with him. We could not be happier with the work he did, and the quality we received, especially considering his price was VERY competitive. Since the original work on the deck, we have had John fully remodel our kitchen (including combining 2 separate rooms into a larger kitchen area), a full bathroom remodel down to the studs, and a new laundry room upstairs in our master bedroom. All were done at very fair pricing, quickly, and with the quality we wanted. John was particularly good about making sure if there was something that needed to be decided on, he laid out all the pros and cons for my wife and I, and let us make an educated decision on how we wanted to move forward, even when the alternative may have been more difficult and time consuming for him and his team. During the process of our remodeling, we have used John's recommendations for an electrician, a plumber, a hard wood installation/sanding/staining company, a carpet installer, and a quartz countertop installer. All came in significantly less expensive than the quotes I was able to get on my own, and all did quality work. There are plenty of contractors around, but few are decent, and even fewer I would call "good". John is a GREAT one. We cannot recommend him enough. Robert & Audrey”

“We had a new entry door installed. They provided great service, were on time and completed the installation in a very timely manner. They were very respectful of our needs and treated us like it was as important to them as it was to us. They cleaned up after themselves and even wore booties to protect my floor. I would highly recommend them. Good value and great quality.”

“Michael was extremely exceptional with his service from beginning to end. I wasn’t really even sure what I was going for with my bathroom remodel and he was amazing with guiding me on ideas with what’s modern, traditional or a mix of both. Execution was on point and I could not be happier. I get so many compliments on the design and quality of work. Definitely recommend him, and he will be who I call to do my kitchen remodel, as well.”
