Mike's expert building skills transformed this home from ordinary to extraordinary! We work with very high end finishes and materials, and Mike was the perfect fit for the installation and construction. Mike is always thinking ahead, and provides great input to our designs from a construction standpoint. He is very dependable, always adhering to schedule and budget, completing his excellent work, on time and under budget that is! Since completing this complete redo of a master suite, powder room and master bathroom, Mike and I have collaborated on several other projects for my clients. He is my go-to resource for remodeling. “We hired East Side Construction after interviewing 5 other contractors for our kitchen renovation. They were recommended to us by Cypress Design Company, who we had already hired for our design and materials. Cost-wise, they were competitive with one other company that Cypress also recommended. Ultimately, we chose them because they were responsive. We had lots of questions as we were making our decision and Chris responded to every email within a day. They other company took a week to get back to us, and when we had more questions they didn't follow up. Based on previous experiences with contractors, responsiveness in a contractor is a very important to us. Their contract was very detailed, their payment schedule was clear, their workers were friendly, polite, knowledgeable, clean, punctual. The quality of the work was great. The responsiveness continued throughout the process. Best of all, they finished one week earlier than scheduled!”
