“Anthony (AF Contractors) has completed a number of home projects for me, most recently putting 3 new roofs on my large home. His pricing is fair and reasonable, and he remains true to his estimates. The crew showed up on time and worked overtime (at night) to complete the roofing project when rain was forecasted. Anthony is onsite at the start, and also reviews the work to ensure it is done to his standards and that the work site is cleaned up. I can't say enough about Anthony and his work, and I've referred him to several friends who have also hired him. He's my "go to" contractor for all my home needs. Hire him and you won't be disappointed!”

“Our experience with Bob McGinty and LVIC was nothing short of extraordinary. From the beginning of the process, in which Bob provided an honest, collaborative, and professional estimate for our project (finishing our basement), to the daily work of his great crew, to the phenomenal end result of a third level of living space for our home, we were absolutely thrilled at each step of the process. Not only were Bob and his team extremely kind and helpful to each member of our family (including our 2-yr-old that continuously asked a zillion questions!), but they were able to design a space that incorporated everything that we wanted - even though we didn't think it was at all possible. We've had some bad experiences in the past with contractors that didn't show up on time (if at all), messy work areas, unprofessional behavior/language in our home, etc. The LVIC crew was the exact opposite. I would receive a text message each day about the time that the first crew member was arriving (and they were ALWAYS on time), they were professional throughout the work day, and at the end of each day, the entire space was cleaned and vacuumed. Long story short... LVIC is a fantastic company to work with - courteous, collaborative, amazingly talented craftsmanship, and overall great customer service. 5 stars!”

“I hired S & D Renovations to renovate the entire first floor of my home including family room, library, home office and kitchen. Work included installation of tile floor and backsplash, granite countertops, drywall, removal of wood burning fireplace and replace with gas fireplace, interior doors, painting, lighting, hardwood floors, stair railing, and exterior front door. Everyone who worked on my project was clean cut, respectful and pleasant to be around. They kept the work area clean and work was completed in a timely manner. Project was completed within budget and I was kept informed of all steps along the way. Owner was knowledgeable, honest and on top of every detail. He was always available to answer questions and returned phone calls promptly. They made this large project go smoothly with little disruption to my family. I highly recommend S & D and will not hesitate to call them for future projects at my home.”

“I highly recommend R&R Custom Carpentry & Cabinetry. We have had them do multiple projects in our home and the results are consistently better than expected. Most recently, they created a playroom for our daughter which is beautiful and very useful. They listen to the customer's desires, and provide insight to improve the project. “My husband and I recently bought an older home and renovated the inside of the house. Eric has put in our kitchen cabinets, flooring in kitchen and bathrooms, bathroom cabinets, doors on all entrance ways, and much more. He did an exceptional job!! He is very reliable along with respectful. He listens to what your wants and needs are. He gave us great ideas that my husband and I never even thought of!! I can say I would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking to have work done in their home!! We were very happy with his work he did and his work ethics.”

“We could not have had a better experience nor a better result. Phil Heacock, Jesse Heacock (who designed our kitchen and bathroom as well as managing our project), and all their staff are terrific. They communicated clearly and frequently with us. THEY LISTEN! The kept us completely informed on timing/schedule, costs, and unanticipated tweaks. Costs came in just as anticipated, including constant updating on additional items we asked for along the way. Everyone--carpenter (extraordinary, brilliant), tile guy (so skilled and fun), plumbers, electricians, painters, spacklers, floor installers, countertop installers, cabinet&countertop&cabinet vendors--EVERYONE (hope I haven't missed anyone) who worked on our project were not only very skilled craftspeople but also very congenial. We thoroughly enjoyed working with them (disruptive as it was to have walls torn out and to use a makeshift kitchen during the work). Our new kitchen and new bathroom could not be more beautiful nor more enjoyable to use. We will work with them again! (This--our first--time around we met with five possible contractors and got three quotes, the other two slightly lower than Heacock--the additional cost very well worth it.)”

“Kevin and his crew at Beaver Building and Remodeling recently remodeled my entire kitchen and the results were terrific! Kevin helped with the design, clearly explained the pros and cons of various options, helped us select appropriate materials, and gave us an accurate detailed estimate. His carpenters, electricians, plumbers, and painters worked diligently each day to complete the project in a timely fashion and always cleaned up meticulously.”

“They installed my new kitchen. They were understanding and helped with any issues we had in a timely matter. We had an issue with the floor and an issue with the plumbing and a few other issues that needed to be handled. I would have preferred better quality cabinets but since we needed so many to fill the space, we went with mid-range cabinets. They helped us make the manufactured cabinets more customizable. This picture only shows half the kitchen.”
