“Excellent and Highly Recommend!!! I made the first statement short and sweet for those who don't have time to read this entire review. My renovation project began as a significant renovation to the exterior of the home, with Terry doing a significant portion of the interior work required as I expanded and updated bathrooms and upper decking of the house. The house was then impacted by one of the other contractors who failed to perform which caused damage to the home. Terry and team were on site and did everything possible to assist me to try to mitigate the issues even though it was not really their responsibility. The project then became significantly larger as we gutted about 70% of the interior of the home. Terry and team painted completed trim and finish work as well as assisted with helping me find contractors for the portions they did not do. Terry and team were great and he's a guy you can count on to get things done AND finish them properly. Thanks Terry really appreciate it.”

“I hired Jim for a rather major remodel. He suggested designs, took down walls, drywalled, installed lighting, cupboards, tile.. basically did EVERYTHING. He is a perfectionist, and his work reflects this. Such a major project was quite a mess, but each day, Jim cleaned up before leaving. He consulted me at every step and made suggestions based on his years of experience. Jim was very budget conscious. His work to completely remodel my bathroom, kitchen and incorporate a bedroom into a Living/dining room gave me a house even better than I imagined.
