“Gus removed the popcorn ceiling, installed recessed lighting, painted, did the crown molding, and hardwood floors. He was punctual, professional, and meticulous. “I have used Superior Construction twice over the last 12 years and both projects have been a wonderful experience. The first project was a remodel of a 1950’s era condo in South Pasadena. Chris always used clear communication, listened to my design ideas & suggestions and helped me in making my decisions by giving me the pros and cons of doing one thing or another. During construction, Chris was always checking on progress with his team to make sure that everything was moving along correctly, and gave me the confidence that I was working with the “best of the best.” The weekly meetings with both his workers and myself kept me completely informed on progress of the work being done. Chris has great expertise in remodeling a home and great communication skills. My second project was a full house in Sierra Madre and I never considered hiring anyone but Superior Construction to help me. As we did on the condo project, we again collaborated together on what was was not a simple project. I was remodeling a small 1950’s house which entailed gutting and rebuilding master bathroom, custom wardrobe in tight space in master bedroom, custom cabinetry for built in daybed/bookcase in 2nd bedroom, designing an open concept kitchen / living room among MANY other things, while also updating electricity & plumbing. Chris is truly an artist with a superb eye for design and aesthetic and Superior Construction is a wonderful and knowledgeable team. Their work ethic and communication skills put them over the top. Whenever the opportunity arises, I always confidently recommend Superior Construction to my friends and colleagues.”

“General Contractor, Marco from Page Design Build, has worked on several projects in our home. From a block wall and exterior stucco work, to building us a master bedroom closet, installing baseboards and moulding and installing wood floors throughout the house most recently. Marco does great work and he is very easy to communicate with! I’m very happy with their work and I will gladly refer Page Design Build to anyone who needs construction work or remodeling work done to their home!”

“Val made our dreams come true. Our construction project included removing walls, adding a walk-in shower, removing a bathtub (that requires rearranging plumbing for a new soak tub, etc. ) Their creativeness and management of the project from beginning to end with minimal interference by us was a great experience . Val was on top of every detail and kept communicating with me on a daily basis. The whole house ties together beautifully. Thanks so much we love the design you came up with.”
