“Great Harbors Home Services has done a lot of interior and exterior work for me on my Cape Cod home. They show up, finish the job, and are reasonably priced. Their work is nothing less than perfect and professional. They communicate very well with the customer and keep them informed. Great Harbors refurbished old, rotting, carpenter ant eaten clapboards on the front of my house and shed to beautiful composite board that will last forever. They transformed my office space inside my home to a beautiful workspace (covering a horrible dark purple on the walls)--installed laminate floor and built a closet and painted/finished the entire space. A small project they did was adding a beadboard accent to the peninsula in my kitchen. They will be renovating two more bedrooms for me with laminate floor. I still use them for whatever home projects I have because they are experts--I will not be calling any other contractor. See attached photos for their work. Call Josh 774-238-2219. You will not be disappointed.”

“This company was always on time.They always had a team leader on site to oversee the job. Clean up of paper debris and nails was excellent.Very polite work crew.Always tried not to be an imposition with regards to vehicles and equipment.Will recommend to anyone that inquires as to workmanship.”

“I've known Tom Flynn since I bought my home on the Cape over 10 years ago. Since that time Tom has done many home improvement projects for me, including replacing all of the original windows, new shingles for the entire house, replacing the insulation in the basement ceiling, and replacing patio door with a French door. His workmanship is always first-rate and most importantly he provides written contracts that outline not only the work and costs but the timeline for when he will start and finish. No surprises. I highly recommend him for any job you might have for your property.”

“Ray at RJC Building & Maintenance and his guys were just the right "fit" for us- They came highly recommend by a couple of close friends, who also used them in the Fall for a new construction project. We saw some of RJC impressive projects completed, and they actually beat the other 2 contractots' pricing so it was a no-brainer. Hard to find a good contractor, glad we had such great luck with Ray!”

“Our mom's aging-in-place bathroom renovation was a big success - a full wet room concept with zero-threshold shower, linear wall drain and full handicap design w/grab bars and accessible shower fixtures. “The Cape Associates crew was replacing a bunch of exterior trim for us. Our wish list exceeded our budget and they were very good about steering us in the right direction about what the most pressing issues were and what could wait another year or two. The communication from the project manager was stellar. We had some roof shingles blow off during a storm while we were away. They got in touch with us to let us know and fixed the problem for us right away. They did stellar work and really took care of us from a customer service perspective. We will definitely work with these guys again.”
