My family and I moved out of town while it was being built and Jeremy stayed in constant communication, going above and beyond, to ensure we were completely satisfied to move in. When I saw the home for the first time, it was more beautiful in person than any photos could ever convey. Jeremy's craftsmanship and eye for detail are like no other. “Jim Barton from Barton Legacy Builders was prompt, knowledgeable, professional and friendly. His work was quality craftsmanship and he fulfilled all requirement of the contracts we had with him. He tore out rebuilt the floor of our deck and stairs in a a professional manner and completed the job in a very reasonable amount of time. We liked his work so much that we hired him a second time to tear down and rebuild stairs at another property. I highly recommend him as a contractor. I have already passed his name along to a couple of other friends.”

“We used this company for a bathroom remodel . the job was completed in a timely manner and the result is a beautiful master bath! We removed a tub and converted the area to a beautifully tiled shower with glass doors. We are happy to show off our beautiful bath to anyone who visits! We had a small problem with the glass shower doors not staying closed. We called Nick and he was here adjusting the doors within 48 hrs. We are very happy customers and will call on him in the future!”

“Up until now the words "boutique builder" didn't mean a whole lot to me. I'm used to the Big Boy Builders (cookie cutters). When I met Shauna and Derek Rose my whole outlook on new construction changed! I had clients moving here from out of state and they are VERY SPECIAL people and they deserved the absolute best and I knew a cookie-cutter builder was not going to work for them! I was fortunate enough to have Rose Homes fall into my lap. The communication between all parties was amazing. There was no such thing as the "Seller", "Buyer", "Agent", "Builder", it was a team. They took every vision that was in my buyer's head and made it come to LIFE! Even when it was on a whim. I couldn't ask for a better experience. They made me look like a Rock Star to my clients at every turn. Thank you so much for the unforgettable experience.”

“I am so incredibly thankful for the guys at Trinity Construction. Previously I had wrote a review that was not good. But come to find out customer service and doing what’s right is what this company is all about. I would like to thank Matt and Shannon Bitney. At the end of the day it was just miscommunication and we were both able to see it from each other‘s point of you and understand where communication broke down. At the end of the day I was educated by this company and the procedure and they could see where I was coming from as a concerned homeowner and being out of my house for almost 2 months. For this reason this company will be highly recommended by me and I put all of my trust in them because they took time out to make things right . So thank you thank you for taking the time out and listening to my concerns and understanding where my frustration was. This has not gone unnoticed and I want everybody to know that it was just a miscommunication and this company is truly what they say they are”

“Aarow Building is the best contractor I've ever used. They are doing a remodel of two bathrooms, replacing back stairs with an upstairs half bath, remodeling and combining two bedrooms into a one-room master suite that includes a walk-in closet, remodeling and combining a kitchen, dining room and living room into a great room area, replacing the front door, adding a mantel and installing a "garage-door-opener-driven" dumbwaiter. The crew all work directly for Aarow and most of them are college-educated. They are flexible and professional and they have been especially sensitive to the needs of my elderly mother who has dementia. They treat her with respect and took great pains to make her bathroom more accessible. Jake Bruton, Aarow's owner (who succeeded his father after 30 years in the business) comes every morning and we go over what got done the day before and consult about what will happen that day. He has a great attitude and we truly make decisions together. He meets me at stores when I am struggling with choices. Jake has guided the entire project, from design to completion (which happens next week). He has an art degree, which gives him a more nuanced understanding of design. Jake takes pride in the quality of the work and has redone many small things just to make sure we're completely satisfied (releveled a sink and tp holder, switched out a vanity, moved outlets, switched out a mirror, etc.). My only small complaint is that the project has taken longer than projected and is ending a bit close to Christmas. It's not all their fault because of unanticipated termite damage and mold. In the middle of the project, Jake had to terminate someone who was chronically late and I supported him in that, even though we lost some time. He is currently making an all-out push to make up lost time and get done, even pulling in his father to help. I would highly recommend this contractor. The overall experience has been very positive.”

“My project was a remodeled master bath. Gildehaus Construction (GC) was very professional and worked within the ideas I presented. The quality of the work was exceptional and the staff was very interactive with me to incorporate my ideas. My house was built in 1965 and therefore we ran into some unexpected issues with the plumbing. This caused over charges and at the time an estimated cost would of been helpful. So when the final bill was presented it was more than expected. However, upon review and negotiations it was settled to my satisfaction. The project took longer than expected but not due to GC's action or inaction. I would recommend Gildehaus Construction to others and more importantly would hire again. The final product is everything I wanted and exactly as I invisioned.”
