“We hired Mike from M & D Builders to produce the full set of drawings required to our commercial building extension project in Brampton. He quickly scheduled to come over to our site to discuss the project further, he also schedule for his team to drop by the place for measurements and proceed with project. They were extremely helpful through the entire process and were able to have the drawings completed and submitted in a timely manner. Mike was always available by phone and email responding and helped me through my permit application process till we got it. I want to thank Mike and his team for the job extremely well done. I will never look for another firm and always recommend them to my colleges.”

“We made an appointment with Diego at the Toronto Home Show Spring 2016. He subsequently came over and spent 3 hours with us on the first in home visit. We had a very good idea of what we wanted and in that 3 hours Diego took the care and attention to understand ALL that was required and even measured up our basement and put it into his computer complete with a 3D design rendering and estimate for work for us to consider. We agreed to the work to be done, the timelines and budget and all have been done with UTMOST QUALITY, CARE and RESPECT !!! Leo, the construction partner of Harmony is ON IT and I can't say enough about him !!! He has done a phenomenal job working with my wife and I and his trades in bringing to life what we, sort of, had in our heads and that Diego originally designed for us. I am VERY PLEASED with their work and its QUALITY and I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND them for any work that you may be doing in your house. Ours was a complete basement renovation and build out.”

“Patricio was an amazing contractor to work with. We did a full house renovation this past summer. one Kitchen, two bathrooms, Engineering Floor in the whole house, Interior Garage Floor and exterior interlocking, wood deck in the backyard plus many other details and spaces. Patricio and his crew were courteous, kept us informed about options and pricing, provided creative solutions to maintain us in budget and kept to the timeline for the job. From start to finish they listened to our concerns and were right in line with the look and design of the new spaces we wanted. The price was right and I feel we got a lot more than any other company would have done. This was no a small job with multiple unforeseeable issues that were resolved by Patricio to the last detail providing my family with peace of mind on all the options we choose. This is clearly a company that has integrity in their work and cares about their customers needs, something that is difficult to find these days . “2nd time around with Sosna and their team. Current project was 3 bathroom renovations but because of time restrictions we decided on completing main bathroom now and deferring 2 remaining bathrooms until a latter date. Project was for complete renovation including new fixtures and painting. Project started and finished when indicated. Workmanship, again, was perfect. They stuck to timeframe were amazing with all our questions along the way. Project turned out amazing, time commitments met. Can't wait to complete other 2 bathrooms.”
