“Glengarry Construction & Design did major renovation in our house. We had the basement finished with a new bathroom and living room as the first project. The second project was a total make over of the main bathroom. We could not have asked for better contactors and workers. They designed both projects taking in consideration our wishes, ideas and budget. The work was excellent and it was done rapidly and efficiently. They were very well organized. At the end of the day, they would leave the place clean. Through the renovation, they keep us informed of the progress and the next step to be. They were very professional, respectful and polite while working. Their workmanship skills were remarkable. We are totally satisfied with the work done in our house. The renovations were completed in August 2020 and we are still very happy with the final product. We highly recommend Glengarry Construction & Design for your renovation or new construction.”

“Other than being an incredibly pleasant person, Tim is a great thinker. He has saved us from doing things wrong several times. He listens and evaluates carefully. Brilliant ideas are worked up collaboratively so the husband ego is intact. Since I usually make "the call" to Tim, this is of great importance. He is up on all the cutting edge ideas and materials. Unlike some architects who lean too far into design and not practicality, Tim has balanced form and function. In our severe weather zone, frost heave, roof ice build up and other concerns must be addressed in design. Tim is available for both small and large projects and has had wide range of experience in many types of construction. Also if you are thinking of doing stone slipform construction--he's your guy. He built his own home this way, nothing like learning from doing! I think you are always best off with an architect who has actual hands-on building experience.”

“I was referred to Steven and his team by friends who had had successful and beautiful renovations done to two of their homes. I trust my friends and their choices for contractors so I didn’t hesitate to contact Potter Renovations. From the moment I met Steven I felt comfortable with my decision to proceed with a complete bathroom renovation off my main bedroom. It is a large size room with a big soaker tub, separate corner shower, vanity and toilet. Everything was removed and Steven and his team were very efficient with the disposal of these pieces as well with the clean up every day before leaving. I absolutely loved working with Potter Renovations as they are experienced in their craft and know what they are doing. When something came up that was new or a challenge to Steven he didn’t hesitate to tell me and then did his research to come up with solutions to finish with a great product without extra costs whenever possible. I just love my ensuite. It makes me happy that Steven and his team cared about their work and my dream to make it the most beautiful for me.
