“We hired Mike from M & D Builders to produce the full set of drawings required to our commercial building extension project in Brampton. He quickly scheduled to come over to our site to discuss the project further, he also schedule for his team to drop by the place for measurements and proceed with project. They were extremely helpful through the entire process and were able to have the drawings completed and submitted in a timely manner. Mike was always available by phone and email responding and helped me through my permit application process till we got it. I want to thank Mike and his team for the job extremely well done. I will never look for another firm and always recommend them to my colleges.”

“Gianluca is more than a contractor and it shows. He is very good at what he does. He has fostered exceptional relationships with top-notch trades. He listens and is very responsive. His standards are exceptionally high. He is proactive, and he understands how best to work with clients and guide them through the renovation process. This was our first renovation experience. We changed the flow of the main floor, gutted and expanded the kitchen, moved a wall, windows and a fireplace, and gutted the bathroom and main bedroom closet. Carpentry, drywall, painting, plumbing, HVAC and electrical were required. We interviewed several contractors, checked references and hired the contractor we thought could do the job. As the project progressed, we realized it was not working out. Mid-job the mistakes and delays became apparent and after much frustration we had to part ways. The project was a mess. One of our suppliers suggested Gianluca. What a relief – the difference was night and day. He quickly and thoughtfully assessed the situation and uncovered problems we did not know we had. We looked forwarded to working with Gianluca and his team each day they arrived on site. Gianluca provided accurate assessments of the work required and completed the work on time and on budget. The results were what we had hoped for, and in some areas better than we expected. Gianluca, all we can say is thanks.”

“Patricio was an amazing contractor to work with. We did a full house renovation this past summer. one Kitchen, two bathrooms, Engineering Floor in the whole house, Interior Garage Floor and exterior interlocking, wood deck in the backyard plus many other details and spaces. Patricio and his crew were courteous, kept us informed about options and pricing, provided creative solutions to maintain us in budget and kept to the timeline for the job. From start to finish they listened to our concerns and were right in line with the look and design of the new spaces we wanted. The price was right and I feel we got a lot more than any other company would have done. This was no a small job with multiple unforeseeable issues that were resolved by Patricio to the last detail providing my family with peace of mind on all the options we choose. This is clearly a company that has integrity in their work and cares about their customers needs, something that is difficult to find these days . I will definitely use them for future renovations and recommend them to my friends.”

“Toronto Custom Concepts. I have recently moved into a builder home and wanted to redo the kitchen, I took my time researching and a name that kept coming up with a few friends of my was Toronto Custom Concepts. The first class customer service and quality is what set the TCC team apart. While their price came in a little higher the some of our other quotes, it was an easy decision to make for my wife and myself. Our kitchen looks great and working with the team at TCC was one of the best experiences I have had when doing renovations. “Recently we had our bathroom renovations. It included removal of a tub and replace it with walk in glass standing enclosed shower. Also replaced the vanity counter top with a new sink and fixture which was custom made by them. My first contact was Simrat, she was very knowledgeable and knows what she's doing. She understood all my requirements and met my needs. The whole process was very stress free and completed when expected. I would like to acknowledge Simrat and Ron who were responsible for the renovation from start to finish. They were friendly, approachable and extremely hard working. I didn't need to pick the bathroom light fixtures and faucets myself as their taste is very elegant and affordable. Every detail was took care of. Thank you Simrat and Ron, I am very impressed and pleased with the results and would certainly use Mallard Homes INC. in the future. Already hired them for my ensuite bathroom renovation and kitchen. I will definitely recommend them to my friends and family.”
