“Chris is an unbelievable craftsman. He built me a library loft, based on nothing more than a hand drawn picture I took while sitting in my living room. The final product was better than I expected and continues to impress me years later. I included two pictures, the first of the built-in entertainment center and the second of the library loft. He also kept in contact with me during the entire build process and always notified me if he experienced specialty material delays. Thank you, Chris.”

“I have used Graham's Construction on numerous projects at my home, including refacing my fireplace, a complete bathroom remodel, scraping my ceilings and the installation of new floors in my guest bedroom. John, the owner, also did a build-out at my office building, which turned out beautifully. Recently I hired Graham's Construction to do a kitchen remodel at my home changing out my tile to granite, installing a new stove and sink. John, as always, did a beautiful job. I would highly recommend his services to anyone looking for a general contractor to do any type of work, whether it be on your home or commercial building.”

“I had a wall in my bathroom that some rodents had chewed through, due to previous moisture damage. I looked online for recommendations and found Riggo. I put my name and phone number in and he callled me right away. He asked me some basic questions on the phone and gave me a quote. He was at my house in an Hour, he ran to Home Depot and came right back. Finished the job in about 2 hours came out perfect, he cleaned up his mess and was gone. I highly recommend him for your home repairs!”

“Can't say enough about Patrick! My wife and I were looking for a contractor to replace our original fiberglass shower/tub combo and replace it with a large walk in shower. Patrick completed an estimate that we were happy with as it was very reasonable compared to other contractors. We showed him the layout/concept we were looking for and the end result was nothing short of awesome. This project was upstairs and care was taken to protect our flooring and stairs on the daily. Clean up was performed daily with minimal impact on daily living. Patrick was always courteous, returned phone calls in a timely manner, always answered questions and kept us updated on the status of the project. He handled any changes very well and listened to our ideas and made it happen. Our particular project from demo to completion was 3 weeks. Thanks again Patrick!”

“Regal Contracting remodeled the exterior of our home. The owner, Doug Scott was very honest and professional as were all of his subcontractors. The quality of workmanship was outstanding. The work was completed ahead of schedule. Regal Contracting updated the exterior of or home from a 70's "Brady Bunch" look to a stylish traditional home. They did full frame replacement windows, with interior and exterior trim, restuccoed the exterior and added dry stack eldorado stone. We look forward to working with Regal Contracting again when we remodel our kitchen.”

“People always talk about how choosing the wrong contractor will cost you a lot of time, money and heartache. So the most important thing we looked for while searching for our contractor was honesty and integrity. With Jonathan, that’s exactly what you will get. From the very beginning, Jonathan was very straightforward and honest about pricing, timeline, expectations, etc. In any construction, things are bound to go wrong from time to time simply because of miscommunication or pure mistakes. But Jonathan always tried to address those issues with honesty and went above and beyond even when they were not actually his fault. Also, we were looking for a highly design oriented outcome with many picky details throughout the house. It must have been challenging for Jonathan to deal with us, but he always pulled through until we were satisfied when the initial work didn’t meet our high expectations. He even threw in some extra work (with no charge) in areas we couldn’t even see just to make sure everything was done correctly. We only found out he had done that later when we were finishing the project. Overall, we had a really great experience with Jonathan.”
