“DRC did an incredible job building a detached studio/home office for us this fall. We didn't know anything about construction, and we weren't sure exactly what we wanted or how to approach the project. Vincent and Cuco came to the property and helped us design and place a structure that was exactly what we needed and that could be built quickly while staying strictly within county guidelines. The project started almost immediately, and they finished in just over a month! The crews were always polite, kept our property neat, and everyone really seemed to take pride in the final product. Our new studio gives us a beautiful space, a whole new area of our yard that was unusable before, and will add value to our property. We can't say enough good things about DRC -- would hire them again in a heartbeat!”

“A job well done under less than ideal circumstances, namely, using my materials under my direction. I needed someone with experience with Schleuter waterproof membrane and shower pan kit. I had bought all the materials and the local Schleuter dealer recommended J&C Contractors. J&C complied with all my requests with professionalism and respect. The work was completed timely and in a manner consistent with my needs and at a fair price. Thank you J&C for the great work and it was fun to get to know Juan and Edwardo.”

“DME has almost completed our addition. Every aspect of the job has gone smoothly. I have 3 young children and one more on the way. With little ones running around I was worried about construction garbage. The site is immaculate when they leave each day allowing the kids to check out the progress with us and play outside when they finish each day. I cannot say enough good things about their professionalism, realistic timeline and how quickly the work is proceeding. The scheduling has been incredible. I would highly recommend them. I will absolutely use DME for future projects.”

“We have used RW Anderson over the years for several small projects and have always been pleased with their work so we hired them for a major remodel. Ryan Anderson and the RW Anderson team did a really wonderful job. The 70 year old kitchen and dining room in our large home presented some significant remodeling challenges but we were thrilled with the workmanship, management and outcome. Not only was RW Anderson transparent on costs with regular reports on costs versus budget, they greatly assisted us in understanding the trade-offs inherent in the myriad of decisions to be made in a major remodel. “Steffes Construction remodeled our bathroom including a new surround and dry rot repair, then the usual drywall and finishing with new sink, etc. They did a great job and we were able to pretty much stay out of the way and it was done in a few weeks. One of the nice touches is how they matched the wall texture as it came met the next room. It's on the other side of the door, but they took time to do that so it didn't look different.”
