“Project was a major house renovation to include creating an open concept floor plan. Entire house was renovated from the ground up and inside to outside. Demolition and construction went smoothly and in a timely manner. Contractor was very responsive to our ideas and helpful in the design of our project. “Transformation Renovations provided the vision my wife and I had for our Kitchen/Living room renovation. We had other contractors look at our home and all most gave up on the project all together until I made the call to Brian at Transformation Renovations. They engineered the project for the start. No other contractor took the time to look at all the aspects of the job but Transformation Renovations did. I am very happy with the results. Our home is a new and beautiful space now because of Brain and his team.”

“Jay, Chris and their team at Semper Fi did an extensive remodel/renovation for us prior to a move, while my wife and I were located 800 miles away from Black Mountain. Semper Fi was professional, helpful and flexible in accomodating our special situation and working in partnership with our design firm. Their communication is second-to-none, and they treat it as a point of honor to be accurate and reliable in their estimates of cost and time-to-completion of a project. We always felt like we had a good grasp on how our project was progressing, and their ability to keep a complex job on schedule and on budget was amazing. Followup at the end of the job was also really impressive--they were extremely responsive and helpful in listening to our feedback and quickly correcting anything that wasn't exactly perfect. Jay and Chris and their team were an absolute pleasure to work with. They have our highest recommendation!”
