“My home is around 40 years old style Texas rambler. Mr. Pels was on time for our consultation. Within an allotted timely matter Mr. Pels emailed the estimate within weeks my inside total remodeling started. His crews were always on time; everything picked up, cleaned up at the end of each day. Mr. Pels project management was on target. Walls were removed, new walls added, crown mold added, shelves built, a complete new kitchen , new baths, new outside kitchen, coupled with much more. What amazed me was the thorough follow up!!!!!! If I called Mr. Pels he was always available, if he was not available, he would always call back ASAP. I give the highest kudos to Top Notch Construction would recommend Bart Pels for any project”

“Rick rebuilt several under-counter drawers for us in our kitchen.. His work can only be described as top-notch quality. He is professional, efficient and complete in his work from start to finish - building the drawers, installing them and cleaning up after the job was finished. We have been so impressed with his craftsmanship, that we have asked him to quote on remodeling work for our kitchen. Based on our experience,we have no hesitation in recommending Rick.”

“Frankie Strickland is very skilled and knowledgeable about building and carpentry. His experience and knowledge shows in the quality of his work. They did everything from framing, putting on a roof, building cabinets(love my cabinets), and much more.. I would definitely hire Mr. Strickland again. I don't think there is anything he can't do...and do well!”
