“VanBenschoten and Lynch Builders have done a variety of projects at my home over the last few years – both large and small. They came highly recommended and there was no need to interview multiple contractors. Each project was handled with the same meticulous attention to detail, pride in the craftsmanship and a high degree of quality. All budgets and deadlines were met for all projects. Bob is very experienced and manages and organizes all projects with great care. He guides you through the project with open and honest communication making it easy for the homeowner. Bob and his team are all very professional, trustworthy, respectful, knowledgeable, and capable of anything asked of them. You can trust Bob will get the job done right with integrity and yielding excellent results. My house gets compliments all the time on the work completed by VanBenschoten and Lynch and I would recommend them for any project you need done right!”

“Greg finished my basement. He and his partner did all of the custom cabinet work including a beautiful bar, a back bar with sink and a powder room. They also did all the framing and subcontracting that included electric, plumbing, flooring, masonry and finish work. Greg and the people Greg works with are honest, professional and skilled crafts people.”

“If you are looking for a company that you can trust, great service and pristine work...Z&B is the right choice. I was planning on gutting and restoring my upstairs bathroom and took a random recommendation from the tile company I used. They recommended Z&B and couldn't be happier. Zoran not only does great work, but he is also super nice, timely and easy to work with. It is so hard to find a good contractor and you really never know what you are going to get. I feel like I just lucked out with Z&B and now found a solid, reliable company that can handle the other work I need done in my house. In this industry, people say that "you get what you pay for", but I now found that I historically overpaid for all that previous work...because Z&B's quality was so much better than what I was used to - he set the new performance benchmark! Highly, highly recommend!!!!”

“Joe Nichols, of Nichols Woodworks, used all reclaimed and repurposed material to design and build me a custom restaurant. The pieces he built were like nothing I have ever scene before, they were all so intricate and beautiful. He was extremely professional and the quality of his work was impeccable. I would recommend him on any job, he is a man of all trades. He can literally build and fix anything while making them look amazing. I will definitely be hiring Joe in the future.”
